    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I'll be contacting a lawyer and getting his advise as well but yeah I don't have anyone to represent me. I've never had an issue like this so I hardly know where to begin!

I finally got a response from him. I have not replied yet, but have contacted the Postal Fraud investigator in charge of my case and forwarded the message. I have agreed to show up to court, but I have no further information or even a date estimate. :( But hopefully this will help deter him from scamming people in the future. Also, if anyone sees him posting ads on Kingsnake or Craigslist, please let us know on here!

I was waiting for the hot weather to break before sending the reptile to you, to insure that it wouldn't die. I had a friend of mine h the snake for me until it could be mailed out to you. He let the snake get sick. When I picked it up. It went downhill and I couldnt save it from passing away. I lost my job and had to move. So I had no computer access to my emails. I had to go you the library to get into my emails to sends this to you. I wants you to know that I promise you that as soon as I get another job, I will sends your money back to you.and I promise you that. Im just trying to get stable now. I will keep in. touch with you and def let you know.im sorry for all this. Donte think that im trying to rip you off or scam you.and that is not the case. I will get your $ back to you asap. sounds like another lie....do you have this email...whats the IP???, keep pushing...it took us months to get everything pack from him, get all the info you can from him, the new address, phone numbers...ect if you need me to write up anything for your case, i will, i saved just about every email he sent me :)

Thank you, I will collect whatever data is necessary and have spoken with the investigator several times, letting him know that I can get evidence from previous conflicts if it's needed. So right now it's just wait and see.

It's nothing but a stall tactic. He knows about this thread. It's been posted on CL numerous times so he knows you are after him.

David!! I would still go through with the court that way he is forced to pay you back, won't fall off the radar, held accountable for his actions and documented for future events. People like this don't stop until they get caught, if then.
 
Oh I'm perfectly aware of the stall tactic. :) I'll let the court deal with him. At the meeting with my lawyer I'll ask what else can be done. Just keep digging that hole, David.
And thanks for the notices about the ads. It will be used to update the internet fraud report.
 
CL stores all the old ads in case of cases like this. When I emailed CL they said that even if it was removed they still have it. And in this post you will find a lot of old links to his scam.
 
Okay, good. I mentioned that he has been posting on CL and other places, but providing hard evidence (in this case, specific ads) is wonderful.

The investigator in charge is out of town, so I'll probably hear from my lawyer before the investigator again. I would like to take him to small claims court with all this evidence, because the postal investigation only handles my specific mail fraud event, far as I understand.
 
FWIW, the super vanilla male ad is posted all over the place, in several locations not just where this guy is from. I stumbled across it in a hunt for something super vanilla. So, not sure if it's actually him, or if it's just a coincidence. :shrug01:
