    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

well dave if I am such a bad guy please elaborate. I have been caring for retics and burms for over 18 years. have performed numerous rescues of these large snakes and you will find NO ONE that can say a negative thing about the care of my animals. also, if I am a bad guy and you wished not to sell to me then why when you responded did you make excuses for not following up and still asking me if I wanted anything you were advertising. I believe I also asked if you did not wish to do business to just say so and you just ducked. also no zoo as you claimed purchased your snake or snakes. a Zoo can not purchase a pet from anyone regardless of state. numerous people have contacted you about these snakes and none of them get anywhere. you even suggested in one e mail that I send a friend to pick these up from you and then I could pick them up from the friend. sounds like the bad guy story is starting to get a little weak in the substance department. why don't you give me a call I have left you my number numerous times. I do not know of your personal reasons as to why you are getting out other than what you stated to me and that has been passed to NO ONE by me. as to your issue with shawn that is not my concern either. I have every e mail between us and at every point you claim to want to make this happen so when did I not become worthy of your snakes. my references are above reproach. if you had even inquired as to my facility or anything about me you or to anyone that has been here you will not find a single negative comment. Find just one partially negative comment about how I do business or my husbandry procedures.

I reposted the snakes because deals fell through. If you can't put 2 and 2 together than I feel sorry for you. I do not ask for money up front and have never stated that ever. Don't try to be snide and play games with me.

Like I said you will get your money, I've never meant for it to take this long but if you even have an ounce of dignity you would know I never would have taken this long if it weren't so serious. And just to make it clear no one at Kingsnake has ever tried to contact me that I'm aware of. No one has left a message either and if need be I will contact them and have them come over to clear and confirm this. The only e-mail I got from them was a notice of my account about to expire on todays date. Which if anyone else was wondering my account will be renewed and any other snakes I still have after the show will be reposted for sale. So don't go assuming I'm going into hiding or anything.

These snakes are all pets, I do not breed and I'am not a scam artist like this tough guy would like to claim. Anyone who really knows me will know I speak the truth. Shawn I did not block your e-mail address and I have gotten back to you through e-mail so don't act like I haven't old friend. If you really need to get to me call me now, right now, like tonight and we'll settle this bull!

Yeah I know I saw that one he posted but it lends no credibility to his accusation that the guy is a scammer. He actually sounds like a nice guy in that email.

I was hoping he would post both his and the other guys emails to see whats really going on.

Oh well.....no sleep lost. :)
 
I had inquired about some retics David had for sale & he said I could pick them up at Hamburg show. He didn't ask for any deposit & didn't seem to have any problem with meeting @ Hamburg show if I decided to get them.
 
Well Chris if you happen to buy the sunfire , please let me know and then we will see how true his statement is about paying me the rest of my money and if he does I will post an apology for doubting him , but with all the unanswered phone calls and emails ? guess we will wait and see.

Scott, really man just walk away and forget about it. You seem to have too much of a stiffy over Dave for not too good a reason. Your not out anything, time or money, I'm sure you can find which ever snake you wanted elsewhere. Hopefully Dave can drum up some funds and settle his debt to Shawn in a timely manner. I knew him from another forum and he always seemed like a stand up guy. Hopefully I wasn't wrong about him.

didnt keep any , never thought it would have come to this. I do however find it funny that he never had time to call or email me but he has time to respond here and post ads on kS. I also have been told he never showed at the Hamm show either. A freind of mine was there all day from the time it started to the end . he also knows Dave and never saw him there. so you all tell me what you think.

I'm still at work unfortunatly and can not use the phone. Very sorry about this. I've never heard of the area your suggesting but when I map quested it it shows roughly a 3 hour drive for me which would be 6 hours. This might be a problem with my new work schedule. Is there any way we could meet at a show or perhaps a friend who lives a bit closer to me could make the drive and then you could meet them kind of like in between? It's great you'd want all of the ones you named. That would really help clean up things but this new schedule is killing me right now.

as for not out anything. that is untrue . many hours of driving for me and others as well as a custmer of mine who sent the moron a deposit. he has taken numerous deposits. as for being willing to meet anyone in hamburg without a deposit. that didn't happen as I was there and waiting. also when he suggested the friend, I sent someone who was an hour into the trip as well and then the communication dropped off again in mid trip. I have a stiffy as you put it because this man is exactly why this industry is viewed with such disdain. numerous people are out time and money. shawn has yet to see his money. since his one and only post shawn can still not reach him in any manner. just ask him. I suppose I could just lower my standards and say "oh well just another conman" but that does not address the problem. people have an obligation to be responsible for what they create.
 
Scott, I'm just wondering if all these people sent him deposits and got nothing wouldn't THEY be here telling us about it? I'm not trying to defend him, He does owe Grunt and he has admitted to owing him and being behind in paying him off. I do not like the fact that he has not kept in contact with Shawn over this, I don't think we would be reading this if he had. My point is that without the actual people out money come here and say so , all your hoopin and hollerin is just hearsay and frankly making you look like a nut. You are the one who is the most worked up over this and you are out nothing. It sounds like to me you are just upset you couldn't get the animals you wanted . What driving? I reread all your post and didn't see anything where you went to meet him and he wasn't there. I read of offers to be in front of his door in such and such a time but not much else. Also you said about where you have so many unreturned phonecalls and emails... honestly if I had received that many calls and emails from somebody, I wouldn't be returning them either.

there is no more hooping and hollering here. he is a fraud, he knows it and so does everyoe else. good luck to him. someday this will come to pass. it also has nothing to do with not getting what I want. what I want I simply pay for and then receive. he was not offering anything rare or hard to come by. defend what you would like. if he were relly going to pay shawn why has that not happened ? he claims that a zoo bought his burm yet shawn has no payment. shawn offered to return the 250 and take the snake back. that would leave him in a position of not having the snake anymore AND 250 in pocket. he is only selling the snake for 275. do the math. which would you do. oh and the zoo who can't legally buy any privately held animal where is the money. plain and simple he is a FRAUD. as for the driving contact me privately and I will disclose to you toll receipts, fuel receipts, witness statements, and the phony addresses received. one being a pizza shop, the other being a hospital. and ALL emails and throw me an address and I wil send you copies of the recorded conversations as well.
 
First of all I have yet to hear from Shawn. I have caller I.D. and haven't seen his number listed on my phone at all. He knows my e-mail address and has sent me mail before. My e-mail address has acted up for some people from time to time. I don't understand why but anyone who has e-mailed me can vouch for this. I did not at any point and time meet you, say I would, nor did I ever give out fake addresses. Your trying to make me out to be worst then it appears my friend. You won't post any other e-mails from me stating such things unless they are messed with and that is why you won't post them here and want to post them in private. I have nothing to hide. I didn't get to make it to the show. Work, which I do have a very stressful and long houred job takes up most of my time. I'm sorry if you don't believe this but I have nothing to prove to you.

First of all, the address I received for you just before hamburg was not provided by you. secondly, please address why shawn does not have his snake back , and a 250 bump in your pocket rather than selling it for 275. now you go from claiming you talked to shawn to stating that now you don't see his number on your ID box. then you mention that you informed him of the burm sale and were going to stiff him again. which is it ? you are committing fraud plain and simple. as for what has been sent in private anyone who wishes to post what I have sent feel free. strange how your ads indicate to meet in hamburg but you are a no show. I have no ill will towards you but you are unworthy of any credibility. if you were going to pay when one sold that is what should have been done. again this is something taught in grade school. be responsible for your actions and follow through with what you say. I do not need to know anything about your personal life be it good, bad or indifferent. also I have called every zoo in the state about the burm and no transaction exists. for your own sake follow through with this piece of business with someone and save yourself alot of grief. do you know how many in Hamburg inquired as to where you were ? I am sorry you had another scheduling issue seems to be a pattern. anyway good luck to you and hopefully you can put all of this to rest and start the new year with a clean slate.
 
Once again I talked to Shawn through e-mail way prior to any of this and told him I needed the money from the Burm for personal issues which since we were so close I explained to him through e-mail, not phone, but e-mail. When I said I have yet to see his number pop up on my caller I.D. it was just that, ever since this whole thing began I've yet to hear back from him be it phone call or e-mail. I believe if you check a few post up you will see I asked him to call or e-mail me did I not? Thank you! And once again I asked if he had forgotten any of my contact information to ask me here through p.m. but I still have yet to recieve anything. So yet again thank you!

Call every zoo you like. His name was Rusty Johnson and he lived in New York. He did have a card with his business information and followed through with me. Are you still complaining about me selling the Burm to him? It would appear so with all of your detective work your going through. I don't care if he really had a zoo or not. He followed through and was very respectable and handled her a bit before he left with her. I have said several times within my ads that I needed to move these snakes, especially her due to food cost. Sorry he beat you to it and came and picked her up. I do not owe you anything so once again please get over yourself your out nothing except your own stress from your uneeded detective work.

I'm trying to price the snakes within reason to not hurt the market too much. Maybe if you considered that you might understand my reason for pricing. Don't think into things too much there bud, your only making yourself look a bit nutty for it all. I ask why you who are out nothing have posted back more so than Shawn or any of these supposedly scammed people who I asked for money up front to hold this or that snake? Your out nothing, it's called your still upset I chose not to sell to you.

At any rate I do not care anymore for what you have to say. You seem to be the type who likes to get that last word in like your losing some sleep and pride over this or something. I'm done with this posting for the last time and will only be back on this site to check my p.m.'s I'm awaiting from Shawn if he ever gets back to me. already purchased 2 other adult albino burm females. now he beat me to it. I thought I was not worthy ? we spoke about your burm before you had even posted an ad for it if you recall. but he beat me to it. good luck in the new year to you and your family. as for rusty johnson and the zoo thing. I needed to do no detective work to confirm they were not sold to a zoo. just reconfirming my own knowledge of state law by making some calls. not even in PA can a zoo purchase a privately held animal. again I wish you the best in your dealings and hope all are pleased. again why not just send shawn the snake back and make 250 instead of selling for 275 ? again that would be 250 in your pocket instead of 25. spoke to shawn again last night he has already stated your e mail has blocked him so since you owe him why don't YOU call him. again that would be taking responsibility for what you have created. but I suppose it should be his problem to oversee your issue. I agree we should end this as it will never lead to anything productive or positive. again I hope your situations work out for you and the new year is better for you.
