Inquiry Dean Stemple Strictly Exotics No Response

So I know there is another thread that talks about a bad deal involving Dean and I have kept my mouth shut about my dealings with him until now. I bought his weird super pastel female before the winter time and with the weather he was unable to ship. I have kept contact with him until about two weeks ago. I tried calling him last week about shipping and again today just to find out his number is no longer working. Does anyone have any other contact information for him so I can either get my snake or my money back? Or know of a way I can get back my money. I know with paypal disputes are only within like a month or two and I purchased her paid in full of a total of like $975 with paypal fees back in November I believe it was. I can show whatever conversations I had with him over email if need be. I'm not labeling him a bad guy or anything cause I would like to give him the benefit of the doubt and would like for him to just make things right. However, with his recent dealings it's hard to have hope in this situation. But if anyone has any type of info on him it would be appreciated. This is my first time posting on here so if I did anything wrong I apologize.

I would still suggest to plea your case with paypal. Sometimes if you prove that goods were not sent, they can help.

Very true and if they dont listen, atleast you tried.Whats the worst that could happen?

Unless you still want the snake and not your money back that is what I would do.



During that period I would post all sources of communication you can.

Emails and fauna pm would help the best.

Thanks for the help. I got in touch with Paypal I am just waiting to hear back from them. I wanted to try to get the snake cause she's just gorgeous but it appears it's not going to happen so I'm going to have to try and get my money back. I'm posting everything I have so everyone can see. There were a few more emails that I sent before this last one asking him about shipping but this is just where he stops answering me because his email was no longer working. I can't seem to pull them up though. I also attached the pictures he sent me of her. And the rest of our conversations was done by phone. And I tried calling him last week on the 5th about shipment and I got his voicemail and I called him again today and now his number is no longer working. I just want to get this resolved.

I never felt that way whatsoever. I feel for you having that much cash out on a snake that you haven't received all due to weather. I am just thinking in the best interest of both of us as well as the snake herself. I know you realize this too.
I will absolutely give you some sort of notice when I can get her out to you and will be taking care of her in the meantime. She will continue to feed while in my care as well.

As for doa, notify me immediately and freeze the snake. With her, it's fairly easy to tell that she is mine.
During the summer, I fed her rats, mice whichever I could get ahold of. She has been eating small rats every week since September and doesn't hesitate, especially when she has a hide in her tub. Now, she has been feeding live but has taken fk or thawed at times.

Hi Josh,

No she was not in shed in those pics. She is just really bright and has some great markings. As you can see by the ad, I had some nice trade deals but I just wasn't looking for anything in the deals I was offered so I out a price on her instead. Trust me though, you will not be disappointed with her.

I can only guess the "I'm getting a divorce" story is just that. Anything to attempt to make the other person feel bad for pushing them is used as a diversion. What gets me is with all the effort ilk of this kind put into scamming people you'd think that they could actually get somewhere in life if they were to direct these efforts in a positive direction. Personally I would think one would feel better doing something good versus doing something bad D I helped the old lady with her groceries > I helped myself to the old lady's grocery money). Like I said in the other thread, people that scam others are damaged.

Since he's supposedly getting a divorce... I know someone that is supposedly having twins that we could hook him up with. They would make a perfect pair.

Not sure if this worth a try, but maybe contact the local police in Dean's area and see if you can get a sympathetic ear. At the least maybe they can turn you on to the local postal inspector who might give you some options, especiall for the amount of money we are talking about. Just trying to help.

Neither Reagen or Dean has filed for a divorce. She claims that she left in November, and that she is filing for divorce, but she has not filed for anything.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions. Paypal doesn't seem to helpful since it's past the user agreement time frame there is nothing really they can do to recover the money. However, they did accept me filing a claim against him so he will have that on his record. I'm going to try to get the money through my credit card company and see if it will work that way. I also am going to contact my local police department and see if there is anything they can do. I believe I have to go through them and they will contact his local police and try to handle it that way. I was hoping that he would see this and send out the snake but apparently thats not going to be the case. And I have to go ahead and try to recover the money.
