    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

they were double padded in cardstock. padded and stamped fragile.

Exactly my point. My response was not meant to be negative to you and was not about either of you. I was simply responding to LadySilkWorm as a business woman from HER perspective.

You would have gotten the same advice. Honestly, IMO $20 and change is not worth this stress. :shrug01:

This is only my opinion, you are both free to battle it out till the cows come home. But Amanda, you seem to have inferred that the insects were dying over a period of time, not that they ALL arrived dead except 15, did I misunderstand?
 
Some were dead when they arrived, some died later that night, and most of the rest of them died within the next 2 days just as she thought they would..

She said to let her know and I did, again she seen pics and said she would replace them, I was fine with that but do not send eggs in an envelop that get crushed and say there they are replaced.
That is just wrong plain and simple.. So it's not that I am killing them, it's not that I had them for a month and then tell her they died.
It is NOT my fault they got smashed all up in the mail, it's hers.

YES they were supposed to be FREE Nancy that's what a guarantee and a replacement is...
You said either pay $15 more or take free eggs.. WHY would I pay another $15 to you when I didn't even get what I paid for the first time. Demanding another $15 is NOT a replacement.
 
What ever I'm honestly done with this, you do make good on sending out worms but you don't stick to your guarantee and forget a replacement if they die..

I do think maybe you should do as others and start shipping the eggs in a dish, then you would not have this problem..

Just send my full refund so I can buy the worms I wanted..

Oh and by the way you can not bully me or threaten me into giving you a good guy post or trader rating. Things don't work like that here, so you go ahead and "leave" this post on me, because you can't delete it or take it back anyway dear..
 
I didnt say pay $15 additional.. I gave you two options, purchase another order and I will throw in additional 200 for free. Or take the eggs now for free. You wanted the eggs.

It doesnt matter anymore Amanda. You are getting $15 back and good bye.

If this happened to me, yes I would be upset. So, I think in your shoes.. I would've tried everything I could to get a refund too. But I didnt agree with your approach. Your tone and writing was very unpolished and raised a few red flags..

You have already managed to malign my name and my business. I hope you are happy.

100 or 200.. either way you were being made up for it.

now I just have to dig that picture up where you showed more than 100 eating and doing fine.. how did they suddenly die when they are eating well.

Yes that pic was taken right after I opened them up there was some alive then and you know it.. If you never thought they were dead then why offer a replacement?
You said looks like others are dieing and to let you know and I did..

I DO have some left, I told you that but not 100 I wish I did so this would not be an issues.

And by the way there are 95 "emails" not threads and not just 32..

I don't know why you think that all mail just get a rubber band thrown around it lol..

In my experience, when you do bulk mailing to save on stamps, they sort using this method.. in fact, if you include the last 4 zip you save on bulk mailing as well.

but usually personal first classed mails do not go through machines..

but Amanda, check and see if there is postal stamps over the 44 cent I put in.. maybe that would explain it. INterestingly, sometimes I get mails that have the stamps still CLEAN and you can actually soak it in water and reuse it!
 
like I said not all mails run through the machine. . personal mails are all sorts of sizes.. a postal worker takes it in and manually stamps it and yes they tie rubber bands around it for a certain geographical area to make thier jobs easier.
 
Yes it went though the machine.. Yes it has the marks and yes just maybe that would explain it..

I wanted the worms that I paid for is ALL but was not paying you another $15 to get them replaced so yes took free eggs and still out..

It has been my experience that almost all flat letter mail goes through sorting machines.

INterestingly, sometimes I get mails that have the stamps still CLEAN and you can actually soak it in water and reuse it!
