    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

i just wanted to let everyone know that Delta Dash (Delta Airlines) will ship lizards (i didn't ask about snakes). i have a foot-and-a-half lizard that they said they will ship. it'a going to cost me $70 to ship him from Indiana to New York. thought that this might help some people.

pretty sure they ship snakes

they faxed me some info on how i have to package my lizard and in part of it it says: For lizards, rigid containers can be used instead of bags with a maximum of 25 animals, under the same conditions for the snake containers.

to me, that sounds like they ship snakes

I have been shipping snakes via Delta for years. They definitely will accept those shipments.

Last time I called Delta, they said they were only shipping for people who had accounts, and would not set up a new account unless I was going to be shipping on a regular basis. Have they changed their policies? Or do those of us who rarely ship still have to work with UPS or Airborne?

i've never shipped any animals before and they didn't say anything about having to set up an account

I just shiped using Delta the other day. At first they told me I would need an account , but after many discusions on the phone with them, Iwas told that as long as I bring the box in open so they could inspect it everything would be fine. I shiped the snake with no more problems. Well one problem the $63 was a bit expensive I thought for one cornsnake shipped in a one pound box.
