    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Wait a sec, inked you are now openly stating the animal is a PARTIAL trans, yet you didn't even advertise any of your animals as a partial trans. That ALONE is poor breeder/seller practice
 
Yes it is hypo trans, 20 clear nails and not fully black eyes,had gummy belly,

So if it's eyes aren't solid black it's technically not a trans and should not have been sold as one. Aside from it not being the dragon in the sales ad, it was incorrectly advertised. So what are you going to do to correct thelse issues?
 
The seller's childish and immature responses to the buyer would put me off ever doing business with him. Add in the switched dragon and the shipping practices...does not seem like a good seller at all.
 
I would never do business with someone who talked to their customers the way his wife/business partner talked to her. She's seems a little confused about what her role is haha anyway there is a while lot more I just got screen shots of the ones that jumped out at me.

Wow. Dude needs to get get his wife in check. She admits that she is in no way involved in his business (other than "being his wife"..), so where does she get off stepping in between him and a customer...? POOR business "chain of command".

I breed colubrids (plus some amphibians and insects), so I cannot comment on the animal itself, nor do I think that shipping without hole is particularly noteworthy, BUT I can comment on customer service and this seller seriously needs to post up on his business practices!

Derek you've viewed this thread at least twice since I asked this question and are currently viewing it, please update us on how you are going to fix this. As for the shipping thing as Beau said, the hole thing isn't a big issue but the use of hot hands is. The way this customer was talked to is unexcusable. I look forward to hearing your proposed solution and seeing a resolution has been made.

And who are you to keep writing and want to post things,its none of your business either so what if my wife gets in it you want to get into it she wants to get other people into it ,so why cant ny wife, end of story and I love how you guys only like to post a pictures about what my wife says but nothing about what sinsin posts and all her bad mouthing and how she does not want to return the dragon when we clearly offer to refund to fix the problem you guys are a joke immature kids have a nice day I'm not going to respond to this post because I am an adult I have better things to do than sit here and listen to you guys, agrue and run your mouth about stupid little stuff when it was already ask this is just to send the dragon back to give her the refund back. And I use uniheat, not hot handsauce FYI. Do have a nice day post all you want . She opened the claim on PayPal we escalated to claim asking for her to send the dragon back to give a refund so I'm just going to let PayPal handle not you guys because you guys have nothing to do with anything matter fact I got a couple people writing about some dragons so I gotta go handle business and this ain't business here.
 
This post is about inked dragons not anyone else. If it were about her then what she said would have been posted not vice versa. It shouldn't matter what a customer says, it's still not ok to talk to a customer like that. I've had customers say horrible things to me but it's my job as a business owner to keep calm and be nothing but respectful no matter what. My business is more important then one sale and I intend to do everything in my power to make my customers happy and earn a good reputation.
 
As for sending the dragon back, like you were asked before did you ever offer to send her a label to ship it back? If this was a matter of a customer changing her mind then shipping should be her responsibility but that isn't the case here. The wrong dragon was sent and per your own admission here the dragon is not a trans like it was advertised to be. The burden of return shipping should not fall on the customer given the circumstances. Try putting yourself in the customers shoes, what if you bought a dragon with plans of using it in a breeding project and the seller sent you the wrong dragon and or a misrepresented dragon which was useless to your project, would you think it was fair for them to expect you to have to pay to return it?
 
I am uploading pictures of where she started talking rudely and expect me my wife to sit there and be nice back she likes like I said posted pictures of what my wife says but fails to see what she writes and one of the post it even says my wife I'd even apologize to her for calling her a him I think that's called respect not rude, and in my honest opinion if you have not bought a dragon for me there for you have no room to say anything either yes is about you Dragons customers that actually bought Dragons not people that don't know anything about me or anything of this situation so your input is invalid and everything there for you have no clue about anything should mind your own business and keep your input to yourself
 
If someone talking to you really are you honestly going to sit there and talk nice way back to him someone sitting there cussing you out you're not going to sit there and come back out
 
The rules of the boi don't say only customers and the business can comment. I think you need to reread the rules a.day purpose of this site again.
 
And nope I would never lower my standards because someone was rude to me or insulted me or swore at me. For my businesses sake I chose to take the high road, be professional, respectful and treat every customer no matter how badly they treated me the way I would want a business to treat me. Reptiles aren't my source of income, but they do mean the world to me and I would never risk my business over one sale. If I made a mistake I'd do everything in my power to fix it and show my apology any way I can no matter how a customer treats me.

third pic clear shows they decline to send dragon they are keeping and reselling it because of money, but we are offering to send it back for a full refund and we will be out of shipping costs but dont see us complaining about it, just trying to work out to return an item she clearly doesnt want, so before anyone who has nothing to do with this transaction unless you dealt buisness with me needs to keep thier imputs out since ypu have no knowledge what you talking about in this situation. hope all has a nice day , like i said i will not sit here and argue or post anymore to this thread. and if my wife is so rude then why did she apologize to her for calling her a he? and i ;posted pics where she started being rude and my wife has all right getting one back. have enough nerve to say her boyfriend has all rights to comment but my wife doesnt when we are married and has partial ownership with the buisness.

Derek, If your wife has nothing to do with YOUR business, then she should not be commenting on YOUR business or dealing with the customer. And yes YOU as a business should listen to your customer and take what they have to say and then respond in a PROFESSIONAL manner. Not like an immature little brat who doesn't like what's being said. Your wife needs to shut up and stay out of it unless she is going to be polite and say that she will get the information to you. Otherwise she needs to keep her mouth shut and stay the heck out of it.

The OP brought the business here and reported that you (and your wife) were being rude and did not do business like you should have. This is a forum to comment on what is brought here. If you don't like it, then don't comment, but don't expect everyone else to keep their mouth shut about what a crappy business-person you're being. You and your wife (whether she handles any of the business or not; and it seems as though she's more vested than she says she is) have handled this whole situation in a very unprofessional manner.

And if you have so much business to take care of and more dragons to sell, then don't come on here griping about what's going on, and then say you're too busy to respond further. Busy people don't have time to say that they're busy.

You sent the wrong dragon, Point blank; PERIOD! There is not a shed that a dragon does that will take away or add markings. Markings are identifiable from hatching and though markings will get bigger, they don't disappear or just appear out of thin air. So you sent the wrong dragon, and to top it off you sent a dragon that was not labeled correctly. (Now whether to say that was on purpose or on accident, I can't say for certain. But I'm going to guess it was on purpose just from the way you've commented on everything.) So the OP should not HAVE to beg, or demand that YOU fix the problem. YOU should go out of your way to fix the problem. And unless YOU are going to pay for her to return the dragon, and send her the correct dragon then YOU and your business are shoddy.

So you can talk your big talk about being "busy" all you want. But it doesn't change the fact that you are a bad guy and don't give a rat's meow about fixing anything because apparently to you, you do absolutely nothing wrong and it's all the purchaser's fault. Good luck out there. You're going to need it.
 
more pics offering refund at first we wasnt going to reimburst for shipping but then agreed to a full refund.
