Gene - I'm a little confused - in your first post you said there were 200 turtles and you got back 151 -
>>> i had to drive to panama city, 60 miles to get the turtles, they did not get back on the truck (this was at there office) so i am out a snake and she dumped turtles and all , mgr got back 151 of 200 <<<
The turtles were released at their office? Or they were put back in the box?
>> so she opened it. inside was 2bags, 1 contained 200 painted turtles, she looked at them, and put them back in the box. <<
then in your lastest post you say you have 156 out of 305 that were supposed to be in the shipment? Including 5 expensive Spotteds? And the western hog was in the same box as the 305 turtles?
>>> a little more, i thought 156 turtles was an odd # to ship, just got my farmer on the order. there was 150 midlands paints and 150 eastern paints, and 5 SPOTTEDS in the order, so looks like the whole box was dumped, i got 156 mixed paints, no spots, <<<
Call me skeptical but I can't see a DHL driver behaving this way or the company actually admiting this happened. Why would the woman just randomly open boxes and then randomly release the animals - doesn't make sense. Even if she heard a noise , in this age of heightened security awareness I doubt she would just open the boxes. Plus how much noise would bagged hatchling turtles be able to make?
