    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

We have three beardies who are 9"-10" long and growing fast!! We have been trying to find out what morph/bloodline they may be. The whole clear nail idea also confuses us. What do clear nails look like? All three of them have see-through nails with a dark line running down the middle of it. We haven't been able to find any pictures showing just the nails to be able to tell the difference. Here are pictures of our three beardies and we tried to get a close-up of the nails. It's hard, they are sooo small!! Thanks!

Clear nails are just that, clear no color at all. Where did you get your beardies from? Are they all related? They really nice looking dragons.

I have a few pics somewhere that will show the clear nails. I just have to find them. Like Michael said, you wouldn't see the black vein in the nail with a true hypomelanistic dragon. It would be 100% clear. :)

Thank you all for the responses! Thank you for the awesome close up shot of the foot, it really clarified things for us. Turns out, ours have regular nails. Sorry, they are not for sale. We have grown attached to them! We bought all three of them at a local petstore who knew nothing about them. I am not sure if they are all from the same clutch but it looks like it. From what we can tell from growth charts that we have found, they are about 3-4 months old. As far as sex goes, we're thinking we have three males. Since we know nothing about their past/parents, how can we figure out what bloodline they are?? What would you call them? (citrus, sandfire, etc.)

Bloodline, there is no way of knowing usnless the pet store bought them from a specific breeder. They look to be normal, I otherwise do not know what they would considered.

Anymore with the way people fling the name Sandfire around it is possible that there is some of that blood in them. They do show some signs of having the tell tale lavender sidebars.

I wouldn't consider them as normals. They have something in them but like was stated earlier, it would be impossible to tell unless you found out who the breeder was. :)

Or biggest dragon (the one on the right in the first pic) just shed yesterday and we think you guys are correct. Even though we don't know who the parents are, there has to be some potential in this one! The picture was taken right after he shed. We're very happy with the outcome!
