I agree with that 100%. That is why I said "in the context they put it". I don't feel it was very responsible of them. It was a marketing gimmick that may come back to bite them in the butt.
All frogs have peptides to some extent. And you run the risk of getting sick handling. Just like handling a reptile poses the same risk. Not same sickness, yet same risks of getting sick. Hell, petting a dog with feces stuck in their fur poses a risk of sickness.
A diligent hand washing routine is a must with an animal
