    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Looking for some options on some roach chow recipes - I have purchased some in the past from a source, and the roaches do well with it, but cost effectively it just makes more sense to make it in bulk in house.

So what ya got?!
 
This post is from a billion years ago but I'll go ahead and answer: What I use is like, unspeakably cheap dog food. Like the cheapest you can find. The first ingredient listed will be some kind of grain.

Then I put it in a food processor and powder it. The roaches do great on it.
