OMG, I am so sorry you lost another baby!!!
Disagree, the breeder in question has admitted that he's over his head and therefore has mistreated the animals that he's selling. His hatchlings are dying left and right. Give him a pro-rated refund and and tell him he's welcome back if he gets his #@$% in order. Imagine if your young son or daughter had saved up their own money, bought the hatchling and it died two days later.
If your young son and daughter had bought a reptile, YOU would be in a better position to oversee the process and check the BOI.
The management here cannot take the time, or legal liability, to choose who is adequate and who is not in terms of buying safety.

I am really happy for you AngieI am wondering if Doc has started to take steps to take better care of his animals now?? I hope so. I have to say that I am glad I didnt go straight for the "BAD GUY" thread
He isnt bad... atleast I am giving him that doubt... he was just way to far over the limit he could care for and it got badly out of hand. I am still looking for the good of all this.... Doc learned a lesson?? Angie's baby came in at good size and muscle. All point so things going in the right direction! Doc?? If you do see this??? It seems like you may be trying and it is appreciated. Now just continue and you will get back to how you used to be
