    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I had a recent transaction with Chris Wade concerning my first crested - while I am not new to the herp hobby, these lizards are to me. After extensive searching on the internet for a reptile that seemed well taken care of, beautiful, and reasonably priced, I found my baby from Chris Wade.

Through the whole process he was extremely communicative with me, ensuring that if I had any questions, that he would answer. All in all the transaction was swift and one of the best experiences I've had with a reptile breeder as of yet. :thumbsup:
 
Experience With Docs Exotics

Recently purchased a beautiful crestie from Christopher at Docs Exotics. I am new to Crested Geckos and could not be happier with my decision to buy from Docs.

He was extremely helpful and informative, and continues to be after receiving my healthy little friend.

He truly cares about the quality of his animals, as well as the homes they are sent to.

Nothing but good things to say about this breeder!!
 
I purchased a crested hatchling from Chris two days ago. It arrived exactly as described and Chris was great at walking me through the purchase. I am completely satisfied with the transaction and would definitely deal with Chris and Doc's Exotics again.

Just wanted to share the story of my great experience with Chris Wade at Doc's Exotics. I apologize if this is a little long however I want people to feel confident when dealing with this great seller.
I found a beautiful crested gecko hatchling within my price range and emailed Chris about availability. He quickly and respectfully responded that there was previous interest in this particular hatchling from someone else but that he would let me know if it became available again. He was kind enough to send some pictures of unlisted hatchlings from the same pair that I liked in case my first choice ended up being taken.
To my delight however, the next day I got an email saying the hatchling had indeed become available and that night the transaction made through PayPal was flawless. The day before the hatchling was to be shipped, Chris notified me that while doing final checks, he noticed that the hatchling's tail tip had slightly hardened due to a previously stuck shed he had been trying to remove. Continued saunas would most likely clear up the problem but he still kindly offered a slight discount to the original price for the small issue.
I was very appreciative of the honesty of Chris Wade. He could have much more easily sent the hatchling across country without notifying me of the tail tip issue and walked away with more money. In my experiences, many sellers are not this forthcoming if it means less money for them. Chris mentioned that his business was more of a beloved hobby, and it shows through his genuine caring for his geckos and my business. The crested I received was well packaged through shipping and just as stunning as I imagined.

The Moral: Feel confident when dealing with Chris Wade; he is an honest, communicative seller and a great guy in my book.
 
Golden Spiny-tailed Gecko S. taenicauda

I purchased a very nice S. taenicauda from Christ . It arrived well packed and healthy exactly what he described the lizard would be. I can tell if the lizard is well taking care of .. I'm sure we all do ... I am completely satisfied with the transaction and would definitely deal with Chris and Doc's Exotics again.
He also gave me as much information I needed to keep this awesome lizard.. Healthy ..I highly recommended him..

I had the fortunate opportunity to bid in an auction for Wounded Warriors, In the auction I won a female Harlequin Crested Gecko from Docs Exotics. I could NOT be happier with the service and merchandise I received from Docs. The packaging was top notch, it has been chilly here so they included a 40 hour heat pack that was still warm to the touch when it arrived. I will for sure be spreading the word about Docs Exotics. A stand up company with first rate service and reptiles. If anyone here is interested in getting a nice crested gecko, that is the place to start your search, you WILL not be disappointed. Oh and as for the new female crested I got, words or pictures cannot explain this gecko, this is a spectacular Harlequin.... I did NOT expect this quality when I bid in the auction. Thank You Docs Exotics you made a very happy customer.
 
I purchased an adult Chahoua from Chris and she was in great health. Chris met up with me one morning before work and was very pleasant to deal with - I would not hesitate to buy another gecko from Chris!
 
I purchased a gorgeous female coastal jag carpet python from Chris on August 13, 2015. Chris gave me a great price on the snake and upon picking it up, gave me roughly $100+ worth of drift wood and other accessories completely free. He was a real nice and polite guy and would definitely recommend doing business with him. Honest, fair, generous and knowledgable.
