    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

well it took two years but Don got some of what he deserved.He put someone up to stealing most of Morton Wright,s ball python collection.Please be advised not to do any business with this man as he is the lowest of low. :reddevil:
 
If someone could post the info off ks ballpython forum it would be appreciated.It is titled.Stolen snakes resolved by Morton wright on 6-12-08
 
The information is that Don Kesserick got sentenced in a plea deal to 15 years probation . 500 hours of community service and 225,000 in restitution for his involvement in stealing Morton Wrights snakes in 2005. Its ashamed that the court was OK with that considering at the time of the theft the adult gravid females should likely have produced that much in value of offspring that season.
But at least Now we all know publically and through the court system what happened.
It will be interesting to see if this is the last of it or if his
"partners" will bear some of the courts attentions..
 
P.S. I have a screen shot of the letter to Morton Wright from the court That I can e-mail to anyone that knows how to post it. I am just not good at that stuff..
 
He did have partners and only one of the snakes were recovered.On the bright side we can expose him for the common thief that he is.Terry

Absolutely. In addition paying $500 per month or $6,000 per year it will take 33 years to pay the $200,000! It's really ridiculous. :(
 
Ah, but if the slime misses one payment it is contempt of court and he can serve the remainder of the 15 years. Of course if he is in jail he can re-pay nothing so it makes sense to make the payment reasonable.
 
Carma alone,negative energy in the atmosphere and some other things will render the partners in crime. thats a given at this point.
 
Yeah, $500 a month isn't very much, but the lump sum is good by July 15 is good. I would hope he would have gotten some jail time, since anyone who stole that much MONEY would be in prison.
Good for at least geting him convicted! WOuldn't it be great if he'd been ordered to stay out of reptiles too?
 
That is a minimum of $500 a month,we can only hope he will pay this off and try and reduce his probation.I agree he should have done time for this and should not be allowed to own reptiles.It will be our job to see he does not go far in the reptile business.

The only problem His he has not had an active role in selling his own animals for years. , Until last year he was been selling them through his front man Jason from Got Mice. I understand Jason is on the lamb... For something...
Now they are being channeled through someone else.
 
I have noticed this gang on the forums dig deep.I would like to know more about Keseric and his partners. keep in mind he didnt get ayway with this but the ones that have Mortons snakes did.They could be plotting to buy your collection next.
 
Several years ago Don tried burning me for almost 6k on a Mata Mata deal. I ended up contacting the local DA and he paid up. One of the guys who he was associated with and did a lot of business with at the time is a guy by the name of Eric Crider..I would check into him..he also owns a tons of BP if I'm not mistaken!!
