Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

holy cow thats interesting i had no idea that was a possibilty. it took a second to confirm for myself they were the same leo (im a skeptical bastard... thinkin of adding "ill believe it when i see it" to my signature area)

so the carrot receded and the spots showed up.... weird! i havnt had leos for 4 years so thats a new one for me. thanks for sharing.
 
4 years of breeding could do it to a gecko, just look at kelli's "King"

dont know why it happens, it sucks though...lol
 
At least yours stayed baldy. My male got like 6 spots on back and head! :(

She must have layed 100 eggs for you, because that is the most change I have ever seen.
 
wow I never knew that leos lose carrot tail, or baldys devolp spots. That is really something to think about when you are purchasing high dollar leos. wow.
 
That is a big difference Dan. Tangerines, tang carrot-tails, and carrot-tails all loose color and tangerines ‘brown’ up with breeding. I’ve had several SHTCT turn brown and turn hypo. I think that even if they aren’t bred the colors will changed as they age. I bet her babies looked great though! :D
 
her babies do look awesome, unfortunetely i only have one, LOL, she was with alberto all her life, i just got her in april, but i cant wait to pair her up with a nice SHTCTB male next season...
