Just wanted to let everyone know about Downunder Dragonz (http://www.downunderdragonz.com). I bought a Marketed Leucistic Bearded dragon from her at the ETHS reptile expo in Houston Texas in May of this year and for whatever reason, probably stress related, she didn't want to eat. Tracy kept in GREAT contact the entire time requesting info as to her condition and she decided to make things right as it looked like the bearded dragon wasn't going to make it. She offered me a replacement dragon either by mail, or the next time I saw her at an Expo, or to even come out, take a tour of her facility (she was about 1hr drive from where I lived) and hand pick out a different beardie and make the switch there.
I ended up going out to her that day and making the switch. At the time the Marketed Leucistic Beardie was still alive and Tracy was going to try to rehabilitate it. She ended up making things right by offering me a hold back Fire Tiger bearded dragon that was absolutely incredible looking which was actually worth twice what I paid for the Leucistic.
For the fact that she is dead set on her facility (which was clean and the animals VERY well cared for), her ease of getting in contact with her, making sure her customers are satisfied, and even offering a hold back beardie at twice the value as a replacement...I have to give her a Thumbs up!
FYI - Tracy also breed Sulcatas and Leopard tortoises and those animals are just as cared for. I make sure I stop by and say hi to her at expos and give updates on my animals wellbeing via text often. (I also have a tortoise from her I got last week)
