Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I've purchased a few turtles in two separate transactions from Ivan (alfon76) & all have been easy & I've received top notch animals. Communication is great, questions answered, & I would not hesitate to acquire more animals from him in the future.

Absolutely Recommended

I've made a few purchases from Ivan this year, and look forward to many more as opportunities arise. Of my current inventory, the stock I've received from him are among the finest animals I own. There is no positive attribute a buyer seeks in a seller that Ivan does not meet or exceed - buy with absolute confidence.
 
I just completed another transaction with Ivan (& Mike) and am mostly pleased with the results. They sold me several turtles in bulk and at very reasonable prices and quite representative of the turtles they had posted in their ads here on FC. Most are doing very well in their large outdoor ponds in my backyard.

However, two of the turtles I received died very soon after received them. One died in about 24-hr and the other died in about 6-days. Neither turtle ever ate any foods offered. The turtles were very lethargic out of the box and never improved at all until their deaths. Ivan told me they were alert when placed in the shipping boxes in Florida but I did not receive alert turtles once they arrived here in Texas unfortunately. I must assume that during shipping the two turtles were either injured or the excess heat caused them harm, but I cannot say for sure. Ivan (& Mike) is going to replace the turtle which died in about 24-hr but not the other turtle unfortunately. Ivan told me that all they offer is live arrival on shipments and that’s all.

I’d consider these two turtles to be DOA, even though it took 24-h and 6-days respectively for the turtles to die, since there was a 0% chance of survival with these two turtles. Buyer beware of WC turtles ... they can be quite difficult to acclimate, if they every do, and it's likely that these two deceased turtles were unable to acclimate to captivity ... on top of being shipped all over the place.

In the end I'm very pleased Ivan (& Mike) have decided to replace one of them and I'd certainly do business with them again.
