    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Drew Cestaric - chargeback king

The 3 females have been recovered from a friend of mine Kristy who lives in Ohio. The females are beaten and bruised. One has two broken front legs and will likely not survive the night. The other two are not in the shape I sent them to say the least.

Final result... I am out $70 dollars from the initial shipment. Another $70 to have my friend ship them back. Then out $100 for the female that will likely pass. Overall Drew Cestaric has beaten a female to death and cost me $240 overall.

I seriously hope a bus hits this little punk.

Ps this is how my friend Kristy received the ambanja female today... Like i said two broken front limbs and near death eyes closed.

Sorry just to clarify that, Kristy is my friend who rescued the chameleons from Drew Cestaric in Ohio. The only reason Drew returned them was because we alerted Drew that Kristy's husband is a police officer and was coming with her.
 
I'm so pissed. These reptiles depend on us and have no way of expressing their pain. Two broken legs. :angry:

Communication with Kristy that the female from Drew has passed overnight due to internal injuries. Likely because Drew housed all the females together in a small cage.

he has pulled the PayPal payment scam again as well... paid the hold deposit for a veiled female, everything was fine... he then filed a fraud claim with PayPal, they froze my accounts, held the money until the conclude their investigation. closed the investigation after 2 weeks, (ruled in my favor once I provided all the proof they needed), so he then went to his card company and filed for a chargeback. I am now going through the process of providing the proof all over again, while there is a hold on my account AGAIN. :/

what a childish and dishonest thing to do. and to harm an animal like he has is unacceptable, I hope that there is some legal action that can be taken against him... animal cruelty, fraud... I don't know exactly, but I hope that he isn't able to get away with this again and again...
this saddens me more then I can express. (and angers me as well, as I am sure that others feel the same way).

My heart breaks for those of you that have been directly effected by his actions, and for those poor babies that were unfortunate enough to be in his "care".
 
**** the transaction described above was between a family member and Drew, but it was all done through my account, which is why I know 1st hand what he is like as far as shady business deals and scamming the sellers... I am the one who is currently taking care of the fraud mess that he has created and providing proof of his lies/false claims.
(I just wanted to clarify who I was in association with this dealing, I didn't want any mix-ups... lol)
 
I also received 4 charge backs on 3/3. I contacted Drew via FB as soon as I had the 1st one and he told me his card was compromised and he was working on fixing it. They were a few hours apart, which threw me off. Usually when a bank has an error, its all at once. I called paypal the next morning, since this happened after hours. I was lucky enough that seller protection covered me, and I was intending to ship the $187 out that day, which was just canceled and re sold to someone else.

Drew's Facebook page is no longer up. I encourage his victims to contact his employer at (614) 336-3258. They should be made aware that he is having stolen merchandise shipped to their store.
If you don't get a proper response from the Powell, Ohio store you can call their corporate number at (734) 793-6600.

Yes it is he must have you blocked because i just checked and i see it. If we all warn our friends like i did we can put a stop to his scams :thumbsup:
 
Just wrote the corporate store a email in regards to Drew. Linked this thread for them to see as well. If I get a response I will happily post it. Hope it helps the cause.

Thank you. Drew is a sick criminal who needs to be stopped and we need to continue to push him to make things right by contacting his employers and the police as well.

How do you contact paypal? I only have a dispute over thenpaypal page but I wasn't sure what to say when I contacted them.
 
I called them and talked to an agent. When you first call, it asks you in a few words what are you calling about. Say Charge Back. When you talk to them, ask about your claim and if you can get your money back that day. They gave me mine as soon as I asked because shipping says it was delivered. Thats all they need for the type of claim he chose as unauthorized transaction.

They have an 800 number or something if that's what you mean. But be prepared to be connected to someone in India who usually has no idea what you mean.
