Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Michael: I already gave the refund back to the lady many months ago despite she did not stick to the terms of live arrival notice. For all I know they could have sat on the door step in the sun for several hours and claimed harmed frogs but I paid anyway.

I agree but all it takes is you not taking care of one customer and now look where we are. probably unwarranted name calling and bashing. plus it brings out all the people that like to pile on. Be more specific in your ad's next time to avoid them having any grounds. Good luck :thumbsup:

Kelly: When did I ever ship any reptile that was determined sick? You have no evidence of such a stupid claim so just go back to your hole until you have such evidence. Not one single complaint of any sick reptile in thousands of sales. Can you provide your stats on the thousands you shipped without a legitimate complaint or are you just out of school now and want to voice something stupid?

The only thing that needs explanation here is why do these morons jump on folks without knowing all the details of any transaction, are proven wrong, and then are whimps to admit it and apologize.

In this case, the guarantee was live arrival if the customer notified within an hour of delivery.

She did not notify me for over 5 hours and in which time they could have obviously cooked on her door step.

So despite I provided a refund, I was fully justified in not extending my guarantee but despite that, I have a pile of inexperienced yahoos jerks who don't know the details of the deal and transaction yapping with their moronic lips telling me the person was entitled to another frog or refund when they don't even know the case. None of which have any experience in the business nor any credit to their names.

And what is worse is they are wrong and are chicken to admit it and bigger chickens for not providing an apology.
