In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Mr Hill, when I joined this site, I did it with the sole intention of TRYING to get Dan to settle down, slow down, stop being so offensive in his posts, and focusing on one single question at a time, and answering that one single issue with believible accuracy. I concede that I failed at my attempt. He appears to not be able to do that. He just makes up excusses about not reading the question correctly (because he is up at 3:AM packing orders, or my questions are too long and complex for his understanding) and he just continues to rant about how Juan did not return snakes and how a bogus report was filed etc. When someone tries to redirect him to the question that shows his inconsistancy he just wants to snow-bling the readers by reverting back to the same old issues of animals not being returned etc., and we are all supposed to be to stupid to realize what he is doing. That is called evading the question at hand. So anyway, when I joined, I made up that screen name because it was the first thing that came to mind after reading all his ramblings.
I don't know Dan personally, so I don't think that as a person Dan sucks, but I feel that as a business man he does. Thank God he is self employed, because he would be fired within his first day working for anyone else, with customer service and communication skills (or lack of) like his.
I only have a couple ratsnakes, so I am not on the same level as you guys as far as knowledge of the reptile business. But i can assure you that I would NEVER do any business with anyone who acts like he does on this forum. It would be a calculated risk that I would not be willing to take. There are far too many reputable dealers out there who act professionally when things go wrong. I do know (from the dealer that directed me to this site) that Dan has a reputation of bad business followed by bad customer service. I am sure he has a lot of good sales under his belt, but just one poorly handled transaction, such as this one, can almost ruin the reputation of a business man with a lot of good transactions. To say that someone read all this stuff and jumped on the phone to buy snakes from Dan is too outrageous even for a kid to believe.
Again, I don't personally know Dan, but as a business man he sucks. Therefore my screen name (not that it matters, because I only signed up to address this thread.)

Everyone, it's been fun, or at least entertaining. Good luck to you all in resolving this, even though I think it has been resolved as much as it ever will be, unless kingsnake follows up on the complaints - but i doubt that.

The longer you put off restitution and lengthen the time to process a refund on the snakes you robbed and the longer you harass with bogus lies and statements, the larger the award will be you dope.
So either send the snakes back or the money because that may lessen the other damages against you for defamation and filing bogus reports to authorities.

When your account was suspended from Kingsnake, did Justyn send a similar email to Kingsnake advising them that the actual complaint was not warranted? How were you able to have the account reinstated or was paying this person part of the arrangement with Kingsnake..?
I did not read through all the threads, do you have any policy in your TOS on drop shipments to avoid these problems...
Apparently an extended period of time went by before this whole fiasco blew up. Were there any time limitations in resolving this .. JERRY

From what I've seen on the BOI, Justyn Miller is an even bigger scumbag than you are, Dan. Why would an email or informal conversation with him prove anything? He's as big a liar as you are, Dan. To see you two "in bed" together is no surprise. I don't think that someone who declines the opportunity to get whatever B.S. story Justyn has concocted to cover your asses should be labeled a "chicken". In fact, if someone decided to take that option, I'd probably label them a time-wasting fool.
You can repeat your B.S. in another 100 posts and we'll still know everything we need to know about you. If I was craning my neck to look at the sun overhead, and you told me it was daytime, I'd still want more evidence. Your credibility has been in the toilet for a long time, Dan.

Jerry I know your post was not directed at me but I would like to point out that it's not necessary for you or anyone else to read all the past 40 some odd pages in order to be able to determine what went on here. Simply read Posts #1,39,61 as they contain all the background information and/or attachments of all tangible evidence provided so far. You can look through the past 40 some pages for Dan's tangible evidence supporting his assertions but it will be a waste of time as he's provided none so far, just a bunch of mindless banter accompanied by unsupported accusations on his part in the hope that by continuing to argue and continually change his story he'll be able to muddy the situation and confuse anyone attempting to determine what really happened.

Also be careful when trying to reason or obtain straight answers from Dan as that usually just leads to personal attacks from his part once the person doesn't side with him after being unable to provide any tangible evidence and evading tough questions (a certain Fred comes to mind).
