    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy DTS Herps-buyer beware!!!

You are a professional at twisting events to make you look good in front of your friends, but it won't ever work on me kid.

To anyone confused by this smuggler's mislead, again: I was out of stock. I did not offer to sell the importers stock. They buyer was informed the importer was out of stock. The buyer pried to ask the importer to sell him the importers personal pets. I never owned the snakes, I never saw the snakes, I never represented the importers personal pets, I never shipped the animals. He never paid me for the snakes I advertised earlier. He is a fraud and liar.

I was nice to offer to help get replacements or refund because I am a nice person and that was my only mistake - being nice. He kept them and I should of told him he kept them so live with it.

Reimbursement for the personal pets at a lesser price has nada to do with it. If I asked the importer to drop ship snakes I was advertising, then there would be a drop ship situation. I did not do that. I asked him to sell his personal pets as this buyer was crying over getting some.

Why are you posting here John? I proved you wrong 10 dozen times on other threads. Take your retaliation to the rock you better hide under or else you are going to regret even opening your mouth about me. I have the goods on you and you know what I mean smuggler.

why go through all of this trouble. Just refund the money, and let Juan and Justyn make there own deal.. There is nothing wrong with Dan and Justyn working out a financial arrangement with some kind of finders fee for Dan, but to bring a third party into this equation where one has the money, one has the snakes, and one very dissatisfied customer..

Dan , as it turned out, the whole transaction should have been between whoever had the snakes. That should also include payment.. Had Juan had a problem with the snakes that he received from Justyn then they would have worked it out without you being involved.. If Juan decided not to return the snakes then whatever terms Justyn uses would go into effect.. But to have all of these complaints filed against you and your temp. banning on Kingsnake could have been avoided completely as well as the inference of brokering animals through another banned member does not bode well...

I cannot understand why Juan did not immediately send the snakes back.. If nothing else to protect ones own interest in recouping the money that was in Dans possession.. This whole scenero is convoluted. One would assume if Dan is correct and Justyns email is accurate that he requested the snakes be shipped back.. If Juan decided not to do that it can only be construed that he intended to keep the ones that arrived alive... What other conclusion could one arrive at ?
 
My question was very politely couched Dan and you are welcome to fly off on your usual tangent if you choose but the fact remains that you still have not answered the question of whay you took payment for the animals and if 100% of those funds were transferred in payment to Mr. Miller. His Email does not answer either of those questions.

Oh and i am curious. I assume your assinine "smuggling" comment refers to either the Pituophis Lineaticollis or the Pumilus that I had posted on Kingsnake. Both of which are, of course, captive bred and legally purchased by me along with the rest of his annual production from just about the most respected name in the Pituophis community. He was not at all amused by your statements when i mentioned them to him as he has been legally keeping and breeding both species for a number of years. However Dan, keep on tossing out words like smuggler and thief. Unlike the majority of those who threaten legal action, i actually do have an attorney. In fact, i have two. I did send him a screenshot of your first statement earlier in this thread where you stated the same thing you just repeated. Keep it up and your are going to get a real hard education in the difference between an insult and libel.

Answer: Because he is a thief and scammer. He did get the money back by filing a bogus non-delivery report with the FBI which extorted a refund. He is a thief. He refused to send the snakes back and filed a bogus report and that is extortion.
 
John: Are you a reptile dealer? Then you should know before me telling you. I already said it was because I did not wish to divulge my importers name and information. Come on now. Who else out there would get contacted and then give them the phone number to their importer? The man pried and pried and cried and cried for some so I did him a favor and he attacked the wrong dude. I did not sell him any snake from my ads. He bought the snakes from the importers personal pet collection.
 
So what you are saying is if the importer sent him 4 snakes and all 4 dropped 1000000000000 albino babies, then I would be entitled to have dibs on them because they were partially my snakes?

NOPE

I never owned the snakes, I never saw the snakes, I never represented to drop ship nor represent the importers snakes. They were his personal pets.

Correct, there are no other conclusions except on top of keeping the snakes from July to November, the buyer waited 5 months with them and afterward filed a bogus report and hopped on an airplane the very next day for Alaska.

Of course we tried very hard to get them back. They were very rare and expensive snakes. My phone records will show proof positive evidence of several telephone calls to his roommates number. His goose is cooked.

However, it is the burden of proof for him to prove that he tried to return them and Mr. Miller refused. The buyer has no proof except a well distorted story of events to which he will pay for now that he took up my time to prove him wrong.

DTS caution

I purchased a retic from DTS herps.He advertised it on kingsnake as beeing female as it turns out it was male. It also had mites. He said he wasnt responsible and never returned my email.If i would have heard about him i would not have done business with him

Hi Dan, I spoke with LB a little while ago. He said you'd tried to contact him but weren't able to. unfortunately he works from pretty early in the morning to late in the evening. So I gave him your number so he can have a way of contacting you back, or you can try to call him again if you like but he doesn't get home until around 8 pm. This is also going to affect his ability to ship those animals back since Fedex closes @ 9 and the nearest fedex center is in another town. So the soonest he'll be able to send those guys back will be on Monday which is his day off.

He also told me that the snake with the lesion died just a little while ago. also the other two snakes, although they're still alive the fungus spots have increased considerably in size probably related to transit stress. As far as I've read from the little that's out there about captive husbandry on file snakes this fungus is pretty difficult to treat, almost impossible to cure and is usually deadly so I don't know how well the last two are going to hold out considering the infection has progressed so quickly in just a day.

Lastly, when you send me some new animals, If you could please send me those with the blue striping I would greatly appreciated. Out of the ones I got two had the blue stripes and the other two were completely black. I don't mind if I have to wait for the new batch to arrive if that's what it'll take to get those types of animals. I just really want to work with that type of genetics.Thanks

I told the fellow to get ahold of LB and get them shipped back and he is giving me debate over what he thinks was good to ship so we will just ship new stuff out when the new shipment arrives in a couple of weeks and make sure they are blue.

Dan, please don't go off saying that this is a scammer and a lier, too. This seems like another legitimate complaint. If you are to respond to it, please make it a respectful and polite response.

I am sorry you received animals in poor condition.

That's good at least he won't be able to post retaliatory bad guy threads when someone exposes him for what he is the way he did with me. That sucks that now because of him I have a bad guy for doing nothing wrong
