Ok so I was about to buy a corn snake from him, that was until I goggled their business and see they have a BBB rating of F and lots of unhappy customers. Well I read one of this old posts about how a lady recieved 2 of 3 frogs she ordered dead.. and he blamed this of course on USPS and says his live arrival guarntee is void because USPS didnt deliver it on time... then he finally gives the lady her frogs only before he trys to then sell them to her for the price he buys them for and splits shipping... well he made good and said he wanted to change is rules etc as for as live arrival etc. Well today I got this email after telling him Im going to pass becuase of the negative feedback he has had in the past.

What frog incident? Some lady claimed a dead frog after her box was delayed 2 days in shipping. The guarantee is live arrival only when delivered on time. If the carrier delivers late, then there's no guarantee. I went above the guarantee to offer another frog and help in the shipping costs and she declined. Her loss. And made me look great to go above the terms of the guarantee. Me sweet.
