Chuck does not have an antisocial personality disorder, and you're an idiot for making the implication. Now, why don't you go ahead and put your helmet back on, and go out and play with the other (normal) kids in your neighborhood. I'm sure that they won't mind putting up with you. After all, it's obvious that you don't have the mental capacity to defend yourself in an adequate manner around here.

I'm going to have to take a pass on that John. You know I'd love to but Doc is right. I'm getting a bit aggressive in my posts and I need to let things just cool down for a while. I think I posted early on in this thread that we all should just ignore Dan (same scumbag different day). Perhaps its time I practice what I preach.

Its not even really fun anymore anyway. I got Berry forming a hit squad to storm my house. I got Dan up until 4am muttering to himself about me and drawing up plans to stalk me. I got sneak all freaked out and screwed up thinking he's just a love child........

DTS herps and my experience, please read!

bought two viper boas from dan, his costumer service was good with the initial transaction. how ever, I e-mailed him 3 days later stating that one of the two viper boas that I bought from him died. The other died 3 days later. I had two snakes that died in under a week. I kept these snakes accordingly to Jerry conways way. Dan, told me to take pictures so I did, he then told me that he would refund my snakes with two replacements if I gave him an extra payment for one and paid for shipping, I was confuses? I just spent $250.00 and I have two dead snakes ? WTF dude,? I thought the reptile business was a fun and easy and new way to learn and receive and enjoy herps of all kinds. I felt shafted to the full extent, I expressed my feelings to dan about this, and he pretty much closed off all doors. We soon came too terms, here on the BIO. I apologized and he stated that it was water under the bridge and that he would send me two snakes when he got around to it. Well I think when he said replacing he meant, that he was going to block me from being able to e-mail him and ignore all my calls. Dan I feel is a real coward, and not a man of his word from my experience with reptile dealers, I've never dealt with such a shady character, Never will I ever deal with him again nor will I ever support him!!

What I am finding intersting here, is that YOU DAN don't seem to fit in here. You have made rude remarks to Alicia, Dan Garcia, Michael Shelton, and Cathy Peterson? All four of these people I have a the highest respect for.

Michael and Alicia are like my adopted children that have stood by my side through many tough times. I have attended several shows with Michael as a vendor and a spectator. Alicia is a tough girl with a heart of gold, she does not deserve the verbal abuse that you have given her. She can be like a dog with a bone and does not give in to threats or childish behavior.

Dan and Cathy have always called it as they see it. They are both people with a great amount of integrity and honesty.

I hope you have a good time out herping, I love field collecting and have done so since I was 8 years old.

I'm not pretending to be anything, Dan. I don't have to. I know what I've accomplished academically, and professionally, and it's far more than you ever have, or ever will.

More importantly though...I'm honest, and people know that they can trust me. You obviously don't know what that's like. It must be difficult to be you...always trying to rationalize and justify your actions, when deep down you know that you're a liar. Great herping.

Found two momma mud snakes coiled around their eggs (rare find, pics later), 4 very large corns (4 foot plus), 6 gialnt yellow rats (2 gravid), 2 ringnecks, several turtles, and many other herps.

If so, it still would be surprising if your statements held water because you do not know my education and accomplishments and what would it matter anyway to compare apples? And why make such statements when you know I worked for the federal government for over 20 years and you have no clue what I've done for our country? I say put that aside and help your buddy Chuck before he has a spaz attack and we find him laid out cold ontop of his key board over some BOI issue about an iguana with a hangnail some seller forgot to mention to a buyer.

I provided reasonable offers to a very few customers who had bogus complaints and they wanted more then what the terms called for and more than a reasonable remedy. All of your friends may be great people and kind to dogs, but they went out on a witch hunt to damage my companies name based on a dead snake report they never verified. And even so went as far to be bothered and harrased to provide proof that the report could have never came from the snake I shipped and your great friends are chicken to apologize. I called them idiots in this thread to describe their behavior. If they wish to behave like idiots, then I will term them as such. They may have integrity and honesty in your eyes, but they do not in my eyes nor the eyes of the people who viewed their nasty comments towards me based on their idiotic decisions to prejudge someone without have the facts on the table to make an intelligent remark or comment. They were wrong and you know it, so if you are all honest and have this great amount of integrity, then apologize. No offense to you or this board, but if you linger here more than a week or two straight, you quickly realize this place is a nut house and could easily drive anyone nuts. If you care for your friends, get them some air because I think they are ALL NUTS. There is no board or forum like this anywhere on the planet. I really... really regret the way the server issues ate the posts of yesterday morning.

The report *could* have come from the snake you shipped. The report was dated three days after the delivery date from the fedex tracking number you posted. You then posted text which you claimed was from an email from the buyer two weeks after delivery that refered to the snake as alive- but you were unable or unwilling to post the email headers that could have been used to verify the validity of the message. You didn't even post the sender/recipient/date as part of the copy and paste.

Since the buyer was contending that the snake died upon arrival and the necropsy and photos were posted for several days before you decided to say it wasn't a report associated with your snake... You were asked to prove that the text you posted was legitimately from an email and not simply something you decided to type up.

In the posts which were eaten yesterday Dan, you said that the boa was from zoo stock. You went on to say that the zoo it originated from killed off boids on a monthly basis to screen for IBD. I asked for the name of the zoo, since your statements sound like they are entirely fabricated. If you answered, I did not see it before the server twitch ate the posts- so I am asking again.

You make good points. Then again, there that saying by Edmund Burke that goes: "All that is necessary for evil to succeed is that good men do nothing". Yes, bad guys may inevitably bury themselves in due time. The problem is that in the meantime they may take down several potential good guys which will constitute the backbone of our hobby in the future. People that receive sick animals or are not treated fairly think that this is the norm and they in turn may treat people similarly in the future. You may notice that most individuals with questionable practices will oftentimes hide their shortcomings behind the weaknesses of the TOS of other companies. "If so and so does it, I can do it also", "It's common practice in the industry", etc. In my opinion some of these individuals were scammed themselves in the past and they have been conditioned to think that it's normal behavior.
