The snake was reported to me to live 2 weeks after arrival making it impossible the snake in the exam was the snake I shipped. And are you also pretending to forget the fact that the buyer would not permit anyone to contact the lab for verification if it was the snake I shipped? Or why he had such links with labs who do this? Stop kidding yourself and smell the coffee dude? You seem to forget the important details, and only spew a twisted version of events which gives you some silly reason to wake up in the morning. Regardless of your twist of events, the buyer received a full refund the day the snake arrived strangled and reported his animals healthy as seen in the email below, so your contention of any highly communicable disease of IBD is bogus.

You and your buds are pursing the matter because you are all chicken to apologize for being fools and not believing me in the first place. You are a pile of vicious and rotten people who have nothing better to do than point the finger based on a one-sided version of events - and that makes you idiots. You leap before you look. If the customer was quite satisfied with his refund and its the best anyone can do for the strangled snake, and there was no solid evidence of any disease from the snake I bought and resold, and any snake he has now or those other bagged to the other customers, then what is your point in the first place to keep bringing this back up on a snake issue that was received remedy in February, almost 6 months ago?

The name of the zoo has nothing to do with the matter. If you put some real thought into the matter and realized the snakes were costa rican boas and that might give you a clue. But alas, we cannot wait another 6 months for that revelation of you ever getting a clue.

And again bozo - I never lie nor fabricate anything. If you want to telephone the zoo to see if they screen for diseases, then you are a nut and don't think they will talk to you about it.

Also, you DO NOT know HALF the FACTS of the entire matter or matters in any of those bogus complaints in the first place to even consider to make an intelligent comment on the matter. And that is what is quite astonishing here in the first place is that folks here throw their 2 cents around without knowing all of the facts and information. Webster's dictionary calls that idiotic.

None of people that made comments have read ALL of the emails and listened in and/or heard any of the phone calls between seller/customer, but you are quick to leap into a matter that is none of your business in the first place.

And it was all on a fellow with thousands of sales and no legitimate complaints prior. Pee into the wind and that's where you are going. You might as well leap into a shallow pool that you thought was deep.

Dan, what I would like... and what I suspect many people who have questioned you would like... is the truth and some proof. The second part is an important part- there's no reason anyone should take your word over the word of your detractors unless you provide some evidence that what you are saying is accurate and what they have said is false. Without the proof, you're no more credible than they are; in fact you're somewhat less credible because you have made improbable and sometimes bizzare contentions in response to their straightforward statements.

Nobody owes you an apology for questioning you. And technically you don't owe anyone any proof but logically you can't expect people to simply accept your version of events over your customers'. If you can provide some proof and stop citing anonymous third party sources, people will acknowledge the evidence.

Just to follow with your thoughts. Sometimes doing nothing is the best way to accomplish something, particularly in instances such as this one. One of the strategies that has worked in the past (and is working like a charm in this instance) is give the poster enough rope so he can hang himself.

One of the best things that can be done for an individual without thepower of self-restrain would be to ban him, thus protecting him from himself. By not doing so you allow him to display in front of everyone exactly who he is.

Just think about it, what is more damaging to a business? A couple of bad transactions or how you conduct yourself in front of everyone, even those that want to help you out?
