• In the past two days I have gotten emails asking about being requested to provide credit card info in order to register and also to make a post in the classifieds forums. PLEASE NOTE: In no instance will this site ask you for this sort of information. The only time any request for payment is made is if you choose to opt-in for a higher membership level, and that is done SOLELY through PayPal. Anything else is coming from a source other than this site. My guess is that this is coming through Google Adsense, but when I can get someone to send me a screen shot of this sort of request, I will know more.

    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Dubia Roaches are an excellent feeder insect for geckos, dragons, lizards, skinks, frogs, tarantulas, scorpions, fish and more. Our dubia are healthy and organically-fed. They are a great alternative to crickets for any insectivore. They do not fly. They do not climb smooth plastic or glass. They do not stink like crickets. They don't make noise like crickets. They live longer than crickets. They have a soft exoskeleton and are more nutritious than crickets. Not a high maintenance feeder.

Shipping is only done Monday-Wednesday excluding holidays.

Please ensure that shipping address on PayPal is the correct shipping address-refunds or replacements will not be issued if address is not verified by buyer prior to purchase.

After purchase and once the shipping label is created, you will receive an email, from PayPal, with your tracking number. Please track and anticipate the arrival of your dubia. Dubia orders need to be retrieved immediately upon delivery.

DOA and damaged orders require communication, along with picture/video proof within 1 hour of delivery.

Late and lost orders-Please be aware that the delivery service used is USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail does not guarantee the days of service. Generally speaking, majority of orders are delivered within the estimated time frame; however, occasionally delivery time is delayed. Holidays and weather are the main cause for delays.
