So often you only hear the bad experiences, but it is now time for a great one!
I placed an order with www.dubideli.com on Monday August 6th, and spoke to Rob prior to placing the order. He assured me the order would be shipped on Tuesday, which it was!
I ordered 2 lbs(approximate count 660) XL nymphs (He is running a great special on this size!!!) , 20 adult females, 30 adult males, 1 lb of his roach food , and 2oz. water crystals.
Rob sells his roaches by weight, not count, but somehow he has perfected his methods for his approximate counts.
My package arrived today, double-boxed, and everything looked great out of the box. By eye, I thought there was no way I had near 660, thinking closer to 300. Our eyes cannot dispute the formula that Rob has.
I hand counted 658 live healthy roaches and 29 that did not make it in shipping. 687 roaches when he states approximately 660. 
EXCELLENT in my book!!!
I HIGHLY recommend using www.dubideli.com for all of your dubia roach needs!
