Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Spamming this site under fake names with animals you don't have and pictures you have taken from others within the last week and you're not really a bad guy?
 
Your responses just sound like your trying to justify what you've done. Instead of excuses you'd be much better off admitting you made yet another mistake and genuinely apologizing.
 
Julia...just bc i did not immediately apologize doesn't mean that I did not plan on it. Yes I was making pointless posts. It is quite annoying. I was not trying to spam. I was just trying to blend in by having a few posts up.
Yes I am sorry. I feel like a total idiot for how i went about doing what I did. It could have been ac v omplished in a more practical, less dramatic way.
 
One honest answer, Dustin. Do you believe that you're smarter than everyone else on this thread? I mean, you're trying to force a bunch of manure down everyone's throats and then telling them it's foie gras. I mean, it's pretty pathetic from the outside looking in.
 
I guess you really don't get my point. By posting all the b.s. excuses instead of apologizing immediately and admitting you did something wrong just makes it look like you don't mean the apology if/when you actually give one. Honestly to me, what it seems like your trying to do is make everyone believe you've changed so you can have another shot at scamming people. NONE of your responses on this thread have seemed genuine and honest. And your apologies if/when you actually give them in my honest opinion are just fake. You've done nothing to prove yourself, you've shown us no evidence. You can say what you want people to believe till your blue in the face but I guarantee not a single person is going to believe you till you show actual evidence. I know its been said before but actions speak louder then words. You really are just wasting everyone's time and digging yourself deeper into a hole. I really think you should be given a set amount of time to provide the evidence that people have been asking for (for like a week now) and if you don't post it by the time given your banned again. You've done nothing but blow smoke up everyone's you know what to get what you want. You may think you are a whole lot smarter then everyone here but your not, everyone just played along but I really hope the admins give you a time out if you can't do what you were asked to. If you act like a child don't be surprised when you get treated like one. You really do sound like a child making excuses for your bad behavior.
 
Well its good to know Julia. I have explained myself the best way I know how. Granted im not good at explaining things on here. But I tried. When I have apologized, it was genuine. Thats the best I have to offer. I never said I was smarter than anyone on here, or anywhere for that matter. And i have a clear conscience knowing that I am putting forth the time and effort to change for the better. Not YOU nor ANYONE else on here or off of here will discourage me. You guys can call me a liar, childish, a scammer or any other names you can come up with. And that will not change the fact that my heart is in the right place and I am in fact an honorable man looking to do better. If you call trying to be a good person digging a hole...then i guess im just gonna keep on digging until i hit the center of the Earth. Accept my apologies or dont. Thats your personal problem. Because ive done the right thing by apologizing and admitting that I was a pos.
So either ban me or let me continue my journey to be a good reptile keeper, make friends, build a good reputation and continue to learn and expand my knowledge. I mean i have ALOT to learn since im the dumbest person on here right???

Yes, you were advised to confine your posts to this thread until a decision was made...but you couldn't even comply with that. Were you just testing the waters when you posted in another BOI thread, stating that you had no first hand knowledge of the person?

Now, about the retics. You said that Mike Easter was the only person from whom you'd received money...what about from the ad you posted as hardlined? No deals that were cancelled, refunded, or completed?

I'm guessing that 2-3 yrs ago there was a court order to make reparations; and you did that because you had to?

I think you meant to say that most of his money was refunded - the PM you sent me indicated that you still owed him a small amount. Has that been paid? I'm sure you realize that spending a person's money before you send the animals is generally viewed as poor business...so you even embellished the example you offered up to show that you're doing the right thing, in order to make yourself look better.
 
I'm all about giving people second chances and forgiving them once... But more than one time should never be allowed.
Dustin you sound like an individual that has been scamming, cheating, and messing with innocent, hard working people's lives for a long time. You just sound like a bad person and as much as humans love to try and fix broken people, what we have a hard time understanding is you can't fix bad.

Yes I am quite aware of the small amount. Another purchase went over a little bit. Not a big issue by any means.

Yes that was from hardlined account...Mike Easter is a good man. He is the only one i received money from and we stayed in contact through the entire deal. I told him that I had to refund him the funds due to conflicting schedules and later on in the future at a better time we can try to do the deal if i still possess the retics.
 
I'm just going to throw this one out here - I was going to sit on it for a while; but I've pretty much lost interest in this situation.

Dustin - tell me about Danny Robertson.
 
So the person who bought the snake, that you refunded most of the money to, did they know they were doing business with you (Dustin) or did they think they were buying from someone else?
