Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. Hey everyone! I would like to purchase Dwarf rats and am looking for a breeder who lives near Maryland, or within a few states away. If you want to meet me somewhere in between that would be great, but not necessary. My first concern is the health and welfare of the animal, and I am not crazy about shipping but will consider it if the rats are too adorable to bare.
