I am thinking about doing some business with EBV, and was wondering what other people's experiences where with them. How was their costomer service? Were you satisfied? If any problems appeared, did they help rectify them? Etc... Any response is appreciated.

Thank you,
Jason Seymour

Thank you for telling me how to search for past posts. Useful tool. From what I have read, they are very good people to do business with, with one mishap of a large burm being mite covered (I will take that as an isolated incident, unless someone thinks otherwise). Unless anyone can give me reasons not to (if you can, please do), I will make a purchase with them as soon as my cage is finished. Thank you.

I've bought a couple of Boas from them. One in person and had one shipped. Both experiences were excellent and I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

I've bought crested geckos, leopard geckos, bearded dragons, a ball python, probably a few other reptiles, and assorted supplies from East Bay Vivarium. My purchases have been in person; their staff is helpful and friendly. Their animals have always been as represented and the animal cages are ALWAYS either clean or in the process of being cleaned. Sometimes both.

For buying in person, they state NO Refunds or Returns on animals for any reason, however they have not been so strict in person. They have been quite gracious to tell the truth.

I recommend them very highly.

I think they are the best on the west coast. I have been to there store many times, and they always had something new! They have top notch employees, who know herps very well. They are what got me into herps in the first place.

I highly recommend them!

I agree with all these guys. I used to live in the bay area and would stop by there all the time. They have great reptiles, they take great care of them and the prices aren'e bad either.
The EBV is definatley top notch.

Have to agree with Rick on this one
East Bay Vivarium has been around as long as I can remember, and has always sold some of the best animals out there on the market. Staff is very knowledgable and courteous, animals are well represented, and owners are really fun people to deal with.. I highly recommend the East Bay Vivarium for any and all your reptilian needs!

Thanks, Stephen Emerick
