In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Curious as to who owns EBV and how transactions worked. Also, any problems with them would be nice assuming there were any. They have Calabars and I am crazy about them. Thanks, Shaun Miller

Shaun - The East Bay Vivarium has been a fixture in the Bay Area as long as I can remember, and I'm 37 now..
The owners, Cliff and John, are superb to deal with and sell some spectacular animals.. I stop by for supplies weekly and can vouche for the quality of the reptiles they carry.

Just tell them Steve from Napa Valley Snakes referred you..

Thanks, Stephen Emerick

Hey Shaun, the guys at east bay vivarium are awesome. If it wasn`t for them I probobly would have never gotten into herps. I lived in sacramento for a while and would go to the bay area a lot, and everytime I had to stop at the vivarium to see what was new. They were always very helpful, and always feuled my adiction to reptiles.
The coolest place in the bay area to check out herps!

I Highly recommend them! <img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>

I also highly recommend Steve at Napa Valley Snakes to anyone also. He helped me out when I was down and out, and he will not be forgotten.

Thanks to BOTH of you!

I had heard a lot of good things about this place for the past year or so and decided to buy some indian sand boas from them.

First, we had some problems, as one of the people taking the orders must have been new and didn't know what she was talking about.

A few days later, we got it all straightened out, and they offered us yearling indian sand boas, that were more expensive (for the same price i paid for the babies) because one of the babies was having some feeding problems.

Anyway, not many people would be that honest about their babies and then offer the more expensive ones for the same price.

We got our yearling indian sand boas on time today and are very happy with them.

Thanks!

Charles Woodard
