Eastern collared lizards
$120 per pair shipped
Ship to lower 48 states only
next day usps or fedex
Field collected and selected for size and color from private property in central Kansas (Geary County). all are 11-13 inches long. These are only in captivity for a few days prior to shipping them.
they have not been treated for any internal or external parasites
all of them feed the day they are collected on crickets and superworms
Some females may be gravid
Photos are very accurate representations of the collared lizards for sale and were taken by me of individuals from the small area I collect from.
I will not take individual photos of each lizard for sale due to their extremely variable coloration through out the day. One minute they are bright blue, the next minute they are gray and black. They also don't hold very still for photos.
Collared lizards are very high strung and need lots of room to run and plenty of places to hide with a high temp gradient from a very hot basking site to a cool spot (at least 75 degrees). I would recommend no smaller than a 40gal breeder size tank. Males will fight if kept together, and these will also eat smaller lizards. I have been told some of these tame down as much as bearded dragons while others remain cranky.
This is a good opportunity to possibly establish a steady population of captive bred collareds in the hobby
single females or males available for an $50 each plus 35$ shipping
Paypal or money orders accepted
