    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Ed, It's not called popularity, it's called notoriety. The latter does not leave nearly as good a taste in your mouth as the former. You should learn to distinguish between the two, as one is a good thing, the other, not so good most times.

If you got the money, pay the man. Or if you want to give him his snake back, my offer still stands. Send it to me, and I'll get it to him.

But don't come here playing these games about "I got the money, but I ain't paying till I'm ready" crap. We've heard the same story from every low life thieving scammer that's been here. It makes you look just like them.

I am in the application process with three local law enforcement agencies. For purposes of background investigation, I called the Butler County Sheriff's Department to inquire as to the status of a protective order against me so that I could disclose that in my application. I called (316)322-4254 and spoke with Sandy at 1316. I was told that no order of any kind exists in Butler County, KS. I also inquired as to the existance of a warrant for the charges that Ed filed against me. I was told that no case was pending, nor was there a warrant as the result of a charge filed against me.

As required by the governing body of Texas certified peace officers, TCLEOSE (Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Officer Standards and Education) and TCJS (Texas Commission on Jail Standards), an applicant who has a lapse of employment longer than 6 months must undergo a psychiatric evaluation and physical examination in order to be employed by a law enforcement agency. On January 10, 2007, I was given a psychatric evaluation and physical exam. I was deemed mentally and physically competant to begin employment with any law enforcement agency within the state of Texas.

More lies from Ed to come I am sure.

Someone ought to forward this thread to the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Officer Standards and Education and TCJS ,Texas Commission on Jail Standards. Or whom ever is responsible for keeping the whack jobs out of Texas law enforcement. If this doesn't get them to change their minds, well then Houston there is a real big problem... Randy

it would be considered third party irrelevant information. A person qualified to make the assessment would be viewed as reputable next to a bunch of fauna geeks who have nothing better to do than slam people they have no personal knowledge of.

Do it yourself.
 
The bottom line to me is that I believe that Ed bamboozled Jody out of his money and that it is beginning to look more like his his story has been a phony one calculated to make Jody afraid to return to Kansas and appear in court. I wouldn't like to see a scammer get away with it and I hope that Jody persues a legal remedy.

I explained earlier why I waited. I didn't get the papers until about 6 weeks ago, but as soon as I am able I will be filing the charges.

Also, as I explained earlier. If there was an order in KS of this type it would be a civil matter according to the person I spoke with. Further proof that the officer washed his hands of Ed by referring him to a civil action because there was no criminal element to this incident.

Ed, answer the questions about your mojave. You do a real good job of dodging questions.

Do what is right in life and life will treat you right....ED practice what you preach.

Which is what gave rise to the opinions many of us here have formed of your um let me put it this way "level keel" IE if you were a boat you'd be capsized!..Randy

I didn't ask to be put in this situation, that is squarely on Ed's shoulders. Get off my back and get on his. I have clearly proven that he is a liar, so don't miss the forest for the trees that make it what it is. Ed is solely responsible for all of this mess.

Drop the self important the bravado BS and post the papers after you get a settlement, if you really have the guts to take it to court.

looks like Kermie Zalewski has on opinion too. Opinions, including yours, are like buttholes. You know the rest don't you?

I will agree that I do have the tendancies of someone who got ripped off and is pissed off about it. If he didn't want someone to come after him, he shouldn't have given me a reason to.

That is the facts, I got ripped off. Everything else is just that, everything else. I thought the BOI was about the person doing the shady deals, not about the person that is ripped off. What a novel idea!

How would you act if you got ripped off? Sit there and take it, or take action. Why should I have to wait for some court to make him do the right thing?
