    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

If he truly (sorry for using a word you are obviously not familiar with ed) owed you anything then wouldn't you have paid less 5 months later when you made the payment of $225 on November 17, 2009? Obviously you didn't do it because you are such a stand up guy. It is apparent to all that you are so full of crap that your breath stinks.

Tom is a hobbyist breeder there for no licenses needed to sell anything, as long as he pays his taxes on what he sells i see no reason why you even bring up the pet store line.

Might wanna look up the laws before you preach them when your under Hobby.

THANKS FOR CLARIFYING: He asked for replacement on JANUARY 19th from DRAGONS SOLD in JULY OF 09' THAT'S 6 MONTHS

All the posted e-mail by me say nothing about replacements. the few that i did post all say how you want something every e-mail or private message saying" i'll pick up more" but nothing about how your owed anything??? dont you think if someone owed you something that you would have atleast ONE.. e-mail.

It's unfortunate that buying animals is like walking in the back yard of a dog owners property. If you don't look where you're going bound to step in a pile of crap. I'm glad this thread helped someone avoid having to scrape ed off their shoes. :thumbsup:

I do not know if he physically dyed the animal but I have heard of using liquid color enhancers by spraying it on their food to make them brighter.

You bought 5 1/2 inch babies. but were more than willing to buy the week old dragons you seen in the cage. Sorry i wouldnt sell them to you.

Maryland DNR is more worried about the reptiles that are native to this state. i.e. water turtles and corn-snakes.( i believe). and there also more worried about reptiles that are not legal in this state.

Pet store? What? are you high? you must be... I sell bearded dragons and soon to be frilled dragons. This is my hobby and passion. it's where i go and what i do to escape the crap in this world... I.E. YOU... You are the one selling spiders, frogs, rat snakes, crested gecko's, leopard gecko's, ball pythons, red tail boa's and bearded dragons! The funny thing is you been in this game for 15 - 20 years, an all these sales and never hatched anything of what you sold. You just claim too. Who's seeing dollar signs.

So still, Edward please post proof of anything you claim.

He knows what he promised me when they started dropping, he is not a man of his word.

He was notified days after I noticed the problems, the 4,5 and six months after the sale he claims is pure crap!

That's all this is... tom getting nervous after I sent him a couple emails asking for what he promised over the summer, he assumed I would start a thread on him, so he thought he would act first.

He is acting like an irresponsible immature 20 year old exactly like he is. :)
 
Even if it was days after (which I doubt) the animals where wholesale.Gauranteed live arrival only....you never did answer , how many FREE animals you got from Tom.

That i want to know too, how many FREE were you given and made PROFIT off of. I see no reason for you to be asking for anything yet ask why dragons in YOUR care died in 4 months time.

So answer this the people that contacted you about them dieing did you refund them their money or did you say "I only guarantee live arrival" and go on your way. Tell the truth and show proof if you did do a refund.
