Question, did you even ask "your partner" about posting this thread before doing so or was this just motivated because of your differences with Ed? It can't be about the money as if the deal took place that you claim did, it was between John & Ed. I don't think you will answer this but it will be posted here & your non-response will be enough of an answer. I feel really bad for John for being dragged into this & can't imagine how bad this is going to effect his business

Sooo.....you feel bad for John because he was willing to partner with a scumbag, and it just so happens people found out about it? Obviously, he had to know that it would affect him negatively if it were found out to begin with, but that was a choice HE made.

Uh, yeah, sorta expected that one. It's amazing how you can answer questions Ed, with out ever really answering them. Usually it takes a bit more then 2 pages for the truth to come out too, but at least it came out this time. Even if it was through indirect means.

I am not to be confused with John Martino of RMJ Reptiles located out of NJ. I dont know, nor have i ever done business, with any of the three parties involved here. I havent really fully read the thread so i will have no comment on the thread. Holdon to your seats , this may be a long one . First of all , let me start with Allen Belcher of Big Daddy wholesale......I took the initiative to do what most people around this Biz don't have the guts to do...and thats JUDGE FOR MYSELF . Big Daddy had some animals on kingsnake for sale that I was interested in obtaining , Basic Albino Lab Burmese....I was headed to Alabama for a work related trip when I made plans to meet Allen Belcher and Tour his facility, and hopefully go home with some animals . Before going to his facility , I was introduced to his lovely family ,who not only insisted I cancel to hotel resevations and stay with them , but blessed me with one of the finest home cooked southern meals I will probably ever encounter in my liftime ,followed by some great converstion and family stories that made me laugh even on the flight home days after . His facility was ........ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AT ALL WHAT ALL OF YOU ARE SAYING IT IS...NO SICK SNAKES OR NEGLECTED ANIMALS ANYWHERE , BUT AND EXTREMELY WELL PUT TOGETHER FACILITY , WHICH CATERED TO EACH AND EVERY ANIMAL WHO'S BIN I OPENED.By accident one of Allens Employees sold the particular snake which i was there to purchase....Not only did Allen make me more then happy with a replacement animal...but handed me a stunning snake worth about $5,500 more then the snake I was going to purchase ,solely based on the premise that he couldn't deliver what I went there for . Allen Belcher is a class act .....knowing I had my heart set on that snake he gave a me a snake he adored and was going to keep himself , but didn't want my detour trip less then worth it.....He also made it a point to thank me for my patronage...which if you ask me.. he had already done with his familie's hospitality alone . The moral of the story...Allen Belcher is a great guy and obviously a good friend (i.e. John Martino) to some.....If I believed everything I read about him...I wouldn't have a precious jewel in my collection today . PLEASE MAKE YOUR OWN CHOICES, AND JUDGE FOR YOURSELVES...PEOPLE LOVE TO STIR THE POT

REALLY TIRED OF HEARING IT PART 2

On ED CLARK.............I've Been friends with John Martino of RMJ Reptiles for more then 10 years . Overe the past two years I've been working with John 2-3 nights a week.....I can say I kno wjust about every animl going in and out of RMJ....NOW over this time I've been working @ RMJ I've seen a TON of animals sent to ED CLARK, and the very next day posted for way more then what he's paid for them (so money has been made on the RMJ animals ) . Honestly , I thought he was a snake pimp , because it seemed like every other week he was buying snakes and moving them...also , John @ RMJ was very happy as MR. Clark paid on schedule ......at the time . But it has been a topic of conversation now for a long time now about how ED Clark has become Henry Hill....the first question I ask John is .."Talk to Ed Clark ?"
Same reply evry week..."Not Yet " . When I learned the other day that Ed Clark now thinks he doesn't owe the "Very Over EXTENDED CREDIT " he obtained because the animals aren't worth the prices they were when he agreed to pay john over a year ago . Maybe I should go after the breeder I bought my Spider from back in 2002 for $14,000 and collect my $13,750 he owes me....I is downright LOW and Scummy what ED is trying to do..and he even admits thats the reason he won't pay what he owes . I for one will be on the witness list for RMJ as an employee who has seen , fed and cleaned the very animals you choose to not pay for..... Eddy......It's a long list of top quality animals and a time when these morphs were at premium prices...I hope you have your records in order MR. Clark..........WE DO .

Ed this thread is fully intended to get you to make good on a bad debt. I will reveal the basis of the problem here but will keep your personal information in my back pocket if you will make a phone call and resolve the debt. If you choose not to satisfy the debt, I will reveal all your information including but not limited to your phone numbers, home address including what you have in your name that can legally be attached in lawsuits to satisfy a lien on you!

Ed used to buy from RMJ (John Martino) and always got the snakes and paid within 2-4 weeks as the custom with a few other people. Now as some know John and myself partner on a select few projects together and that is how I am involved personally in this. Ed has bought alot of snakes from us and has always made good on his debt. That is until now. Ed bought over $10,000.00 worth of snakes from us back almost two years ago now and has an outstanding balance of $7200.00
John has always dealt with Ed and has given him every opportunity to square the debt. He now screens his calls and emails and will not even return a phone call or email. Two days ago I contacted Ed and asked about our money, He took my call because he did not recognize the number and told me that because of the falling prices in the market the snakes were not worth what he owed on them. NOT OUR PROBLEM ED! I am sure I speak for everyone in the industry when I say that if collections today were still worth what they were five years ago we would all be sitiing in high cotton! He wanted to give me excuses and no answers. I told Ed he needed to contact John and come to some kind of resolution on the debt. He told me he would call John on Sunday and low and behold he did not. I have stayed out of all the drama and controversy concerning Ed even when he has so much to say about others including myself, But not anymore. I am sure that many here would love to have all the information that we have on Mr. Ed Clark. Also if Ed doesn't square this debt with us. We have full intentions of proceeding with a lawsuit on our behalf and would even be willing to add a civil suit consisting of the numerous people he has screwed over. I am sure the dollar amount would far exceed the classification limit of $5,000.00
If not resolved I will be posting a detailed list of the snakes Ed got from us and will be asking for information on who bought the same kind of snakes from Ed during the time frame as we were his only suppliers at the time. This information will be used if needed to clarify the monetary value Ed received upon selling the smakes. We have emails and taped phone conversations where Ed speaks of the debt and even writes about it in black and white. We are loaded for war but do not want to go there!
Ed you are not a dummy, but we are not either. Don't continue to treat us as such!
