    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Not ready to call this a 'bad guy' thread, but some explanation would be appreciated.

Today, I placed a 'wanted' ad for an arabesque het albino female, and Ed responded quickly. We communicated through PM several times. At the same time, I discovered that at least one of the photos (the second one from the top) came from the Collection page at Top Notch Boas. I called Ryan at TNB, and he said he didn't know of Ed Hardy, and that the snake in question was NFS.

I have since tried to get Ed to tell me more about the photos; so far, I haven't received a response. The text of the PM's is below. BTW, I know of no '08's that are proven, or 'ready to get sexed up'.

I personally haven't done business with him. The whole thing does appear to be "fishy" though, selling animals for a friend... etc.

Those also doesn't appear to be the same animal to me.

Those are totally different snakes. Plus, you already discovered they were stolen, so a scam in the works. Ed Hardy is also the name of a very famous tattoo artist, so I'd be surprised if that was the individual's real name.
 
Update - fraud

Latest PM, after I asked about the pictures. I told him to check the BOI, and that I knew where the photos came from. Ed, please defend yourself here in this thread.

Can you post where the pics are originally from? And can you ask him to send you a pic of HIS snake with a random item in the picture.. like a nickel.. or a cell phone. If he has a snake, and is just trying bait-and-switch, then the pics he takes should show a totally different snake.
 
He signed up right around the time boaznballz (or something like that) was outted. Uses the same scheme with the fake pics and tries to take it out of fauna to an instant messenger.
Can someone do an IP check?
 
The IP for EdHardy is the same as ballznboaz and Yewaredrawlin. I don't have time to post on that thread at this moment, but if nobody has done it by the time I get there.....
 
Just an FYI- I was in the chatroom a few days ago when someone with the screen name Ed Hardy came in with an attitude about Fauna and was claiming to have been ripped off by Ken Foose in a Western Union scam!?
