    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Editing and deleting posts

Editing and deleting posts has been limited to 60 minutes after posting for all non paying members.
 
If you're on a workstation or laptop can you see the options in the first image?

On a phone the edit and delete options are under the ... next to the Report link (I couldn't screen capture it), if you are a member.

So annoying! I’ve been trying to update ads for a week now and can’t figure it out. Tried on desktop, same issue. I don’t have “edit” or “delete” options next to “report”

Classy response from an owner! I had no idea you were the “owner/admin”… no one asked you to provide a free platform so if it isnt benefiting you then maybe you should make better business choices. Morph market is 1000x better anyways. Shaming the users of your platform for it being free, that’s a winning business plan. WINNING!
 
You got the level of "class" that your complaint deserved, in my opinion. If you act in a "classy" manner, perhaps you will receive a "classy" REaction. But I suspect this is a foreign and unfathomable concept to you. I do find in incredulous how people who slap at me are astonished when I just reply in like kind. :ROFLMAO:
 
Another question: is there any benefit to people who post in the Forums ? Especially informational, educational, newsworthy, and so forth.

Not right now. I did look into expanding the options, but the outfits offering such services are rather intrusive with the personal information they want from me to set up an account with them. They want me to give them all of the information we are warned about keeping from transmitting via the internet to help deflect the possibility of identity theft. So I balked at the idea.

There may be some sort of options in this new platform, but honestly I haven't tried exploring those darker corners of the admin section here. But honestly, if anything, it will probably just be valueless trinkets of some sort. I tried for years with the old platform to get people more engaged with discussions, but it was all for nothing. I guess most everyone gets that fill of such things from the social media sites nowadays.
