    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I have been reading about people wanting to delete there posts
but my problem is editing if i type it and miss a mistake
before i post it
how do i edit my posts
i cant seem to find my way to the edit button

hey Eric I had the same question a while back--I don't think they allow member enabled editing here at fauna.
 
an idea for administration

that kind of stinks so if you mess up you look like a retard in front of everyone
i guess i'll have to be careful

maybe we could start a petition to allow editing but get fined for deleting entire posts ,you know just a small fee to pay to be able to post again

It depends on where you post and what your membership level is. Not all forums are created equal. I believe Contributor level membes and above should be able to edit their posts in nearly all of the regular discussion forums as well as in the classifieds forums. However, forums such as the BOI are not open to edits at all once you click that submit button.
 
For rather obvious reasons, I would not want anyone to have the capability of editing or deleting the words they post within the BOI. If you know what I mean.........
