I purchased a moonglow from Edward to add to my leopard boa projects and paid him 1300.00 for a female. It arrived 2 day ago and as soon as I opened the bag and saw this little very thin moonglow I knew it either hadnt been eating or it has been regurging its meal...
On his web site his terms say that the buyer has 24 to contact him with ant issues or complaints, well I contacted Edward 10 minutes after receiving this snake to report an issue and complaint
and here was email to him:
>I just got the snakes and Im very disappointed in the moonglow....You had in the ad that it was a very nice example of a moonglow feeding on adult mice, but it comes in as a poor example of a moonglow because she is skin and bones looks very much like she is either not feeding or regurging her meals. The male from the same litter is nice and thick for his age just the way i expected her to be.
let me know whats up with her...
Thank You,

then I replied:
>>You must have used the males picture in the ad because the moonglow in the ad
>picture was nice and fat like the poss hypo het male that you sent with
>her....Was she a runt in the litter because the litter mate has a larger head
>and is three times fatter then her and he ate eat the same amount according to
>the food cards? What looks bad to me is that usually when I buy an expensive
>snake and it comes with a litter mate usually the high end snake is bigger than the litter mate because everyone feeds the expensive snake more than the
cheaper snakes to ensure that the expense snake grows fast and looks real healthy to
the buyers....
