In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

My incubator is and has been at 84 degrees and i finally had a hatchling on day 81 its now day 85 i candled the eggs i can see the dragon in them im wondering if i should cut them it was this females first clutch and only five have made it this far im at a loss and im real worried since it has been so many days

Its okay, sometimes it takes a while from the first egg to the last to hatch (even a week or more). Its generally a bad idea to ever slit the egg since if the baby is too weak to make it out the egg, it is probably going to be a sickly dragon even if your able to get it out alive. With so many eggs that didn't make it, there may have been bad genes or an environmental factor thats working against you. I know it can be hard to wait though!

:iagree:

I know exactly what you're going through. My first clutch finally started hatching a few days ago. As a BP guy, resisting the urge to cut them was almost more than I could take, but I took the good advice given to me, and now I've got some gorgeous, tiny baby dragons running around!!

Just hang in there a little longer. You should be very happy, very soon!! Good luck!

It has definitly been hard to just sit back and relax after the first one hatched and the color its showing already cant hardly wait to see the others they are snow x pastel crosses wish them little dragons would hear there alarm clock

Well out of the five eggs that made thru the incubation time only one baby made it but it ok for her first ever clutch but had good news today my other eggs from my sandfire german giant x sandfire crosses started hatching and they are twice the size of my other hatchling so far three have come out the eggs and there colors are awesome for only being a few hours old cant wait till there really get to showin there colors might end up with a few hold backs for future breeders its going to be hard to let them go with the way they look

Share some pics!!! And sorry to hear that you didn't have better luck with your first clutch. My girl laid 28 eggs in her first clutch, but only 8 hatched. Hoping that her next 2 have a better success rate. Good luck with yours!!! Now share some pics! :D

Damn that's a shame. My female dragon laid 25 eggs and 23 of them hatched out the first time. (This was a couple years ago.)

That second clutch sounds killer though. Please post pics.

these are my new babies got three out the egg now and one more pokin the head thru should all be female 85 days of incubation on them but they r coming out now seems bout every 12 hours one is out the egg and another will poke its head out the egg
