    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Has anyone ever had there female reabsorb eggs if so could u please tell me what caused or happened to the eggs that she had in here that we're never laid?
I have watched the mate I have felt eggs and nothing ever happened no eggs I will state the male and female stay in same enclosure at all times please let me no any opinions

Hi Robert,

I've heard of this happening but I have never had it happen myself.
I would imagine she might reabsorb if she is not getting enough in terms of nutrition, or perhaps due to stress, but I am not really sure.
Has anything changed since you posted this?

Phil

I have been feeding more greens and variety of worms to see if I can infancy get nutrients right that is what I was thinking happened but wasn't sure will she hold her eggs and reabsorb if she does not have a proper lay area ?

She's eating then? If she's eating that's great. How long has it been since she mated? Is the male still in the cage? Can you not feel the eggs anymore?

Phil

She is eating but she did just start agian she wouldn't eat for about 2 weeks then started agian this past week..I felt eggs about 6 weeks ago and then they were gone about 3 weeks later I felt the eggs numerous times before they disappeared and have checked entire cage looking for eggs nothing and yes the male is housed with her at all times should I house them seperate I got them from a guy that kept them housed together since he got them at 3 months old and are non related pair I actually have 1.2 in the same enclosure the other female has not shown any thing but I watched the other two mount about 3 weeks ago and then agian 4 days ago

Not really sure what to think about the girl that you felt eggs in and she stopped eating and now eats again, that's odd.
I'd suggest housing the gravid girls in a different cage. I put gravid females in their own cages until after they lay the eggs.
