Hi All!
I recently ordered an unrelated pair of West Alpine Kingsnakes from Elizabeth Conder, and I would definitely recommend her to others!
The weekend before our agreed ship-date, Elizabeth contacted me to let me know that the male of the pair had unfortunately experienced some sort of physical trauma. She offered to refund me entirely or refund me for the male (with the option of keeping him to see of he recovered).
I chose to go ahead and receive shipment of the male to see if he would recover, (and I let her know that, if he does recover, I will return the payment she refunded me).
I know for a fact that far too many sellers, now-days, would have simply sent the snake and pretended that there was nothing wrong when they sent them, which is one of the reasons I believe Elizabeth deserves praise. She care enough about her reputation and the health of her animals that she doesn't do things like that....and she probably could have if she weren't such a nice person.
She is a very nice breeder who tapes pride in her animals--I would buy from her again in a heartbeat!
