I have bought 4 from him and only the one male was slow to grow. The other 3 had no issues and I did not bug them as much and had their environment more optimal by the time I got the others. The male is healthy and big now. He states he feeds mealworms to his geckos and gut loads them. He uses Vionate and Osteo-Form like in Tremper's book. If gut loading was the issue then all 4 should have been slower growing.
I have been to his place of business and it is top notch and he had the vitamins in plain sight. He let me look closely at his set-ups and his work area. There wasn't any noticeable smell in his gecko room. I have 80+ and it tends to stink. He gave me advice on an air purifier that has helped a lot to cut down on smells.
James is a nice guy. We aren't "friends" and don't hang out together. Our relationship has been purely business. I have only met him twice and for only 30 minutes at a time or so. He has a passion for geckos and his business. I have had no problems with him, his responses to emails or his geckos. This post started out that he didn't respond to an email. The person making the complaint even stated that the emails never made it to him. The person complaining didn't try to call him when she first received the geckos. That is odd. Then 4 months later she makes a complaint? She should have called him. He has all his info on his website and sends business cards with his info when you receive a gecko from him.
