• In the past two days I have gotten emails asking about being requested to provide credit card info in order to register and also to make a post in the classifieds forums. PLEASE NOTE: In no instance will this site ask you for this sort of information. The only time any request for payment is made is if you choose to opt-in for a higher membership level, and that is done SOLELY through PayPal. Anything else is coming from a source other than this site. My guess is that this is coming through Google Adsense, but when I can get someone to send me a screen shot of this sort of request, I will know more.

In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

I'm looking for some stackable enclosures. I've seen that they are pretty pricey so I'm weighing my options. I have a local friend who has offered to make me some for about $110 each, but I'm not 100% sure how the quality will be and I want to have something really nice for my office.

I've been looking at NPI, Animal Plastics and the Vision cages.

Can I have some feedback on which is the best bang for my buck? I'm looking to get at least three. thank you!

I have both animal plastics and PM herps enclosures. I find that both have been durable, lightweight, and hold hear and humidity well. I like the look of the animal plastics enclosures a bit better because they are glass-fronted instead of plexi, but it is possible that PM herps makes a glass fronted enclosure as well.

Animal Plastics are my enclosure of choice anymore. I've had many makes but AP is the best product for the price imo. The Sliding glass option, with lights installed make for a nice looking enclosure. You really can't go wrong though with most of the established enclosures though.

Depending on what you are going to house in them, it could dictate some suggestions.

I have two Animal plastics and think they are great..So much better then tubs and heavy glass aquariums,lol.. I had some Visions in the past and they are indestructable but expensive and I didnt like the vents in the back that hang down.
I do wish I had gotten the locks on the AP though, dont know why I didnt.

I also use Reptile basics radiant heat panels and recently got a herpstat.I am so sold on those Herpstats, crazy efficient and so worth the money.

If you are concerned about shipping costs, you may consider waiting until the next show in your area. Most shows have a couple of cage vendors, and you can get a quality item without shipping. As a bonus, cages purchased at shows often come assembled. If a show near you has a vendor list, you can do a BOI search on the cage vendors listed, so you can get everyone's opinion beforehand.

You could also look at the Animal Plastics T8 with dividers added. If you ordered 2 of those you'd spend less than the cost of ordering 3 2' enclosures, and you'd have a spare empty enclosure for if/when you add a 4th animal.
