Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I just received my lesser pastel male from him. The animal is as advertised and healthy. Every question I had was answered promptly and the overall transaction was speedy. It was a pleasure doing business with him and I highly recommend his service.

Just wanted to add my experience with Eric Hou since I can't give feedback on classifieds. I bought 3 hatchlings from Eric, and had an excellent overall transaction. I talked to Eric on the phone upwards of an hour about the snakes, his breeding history and logistics of the deal. He ended up holding the snakes over winter because shipping was not safe. All snakes were received healthy and gladly took F/T rats after a few live feedings. Eric is a great guy and I would do business with him again!
 
Eric is a good stand up guy. I have known him for a few years as he is local to me. He is not a guy that just tries to make a fast buck and run. His animals as very good quality. There was one time he was at the pet store a lot of us breeders go in to and we all thought a snake had extra genes because it was so nice and he swore it didn't. That's how good his animals are, and how honest he is. Would recommend him for sure
 
I would love to share my experience with Eric. I am new to purchasing animals online and he made this transaction very easy and smooth for me. I saw his ad here for his sterling male bp and immediately contacted him for a possible payment plan. We agreed and he continued to care for the animal while I made the payments. Every single question I asked was answered promptly. He even sent me updates on the sterling whenever possible. Eric has been such a great person to do business with. Even when the package was up in the air as to where it was, Eric was right there on top of it. When I received the bp, he was alert and took into his surroundings immediately. I was very very happy to see this and shows the care and quality of the breeder imo.

I would definitely recommend Eric to anyone. He is an outstanding person to do business with.
