Another lie the only incubator I had was in the store and you seen it.

Another lie is you saying you couldn't reach me, you would call me several times a day and the only time I ignored your calls was when I was moving.

I told you the day I leased that store I was only down the street and yes I gave you the exact address the day you came up so I don't know what your fussing about but you're clearing trying to dodge the real issues of this thread not that I'm surprised.

You have no proof of your claims. If I was involved in a breeder loan and walked into the shop of the person holding my very expensive male and saw 10-20 tags that all said XXX cross / Pied than I would wait until he got off of the phone and ask him about it. I would also have taken pictures of each tag for later use when it came time for eggs to be produced. But you say you saw it and just turned around and left. Sorry but that does not add up in the least. There are far too many holes in this story you are trying to build. I think you should just back off cause you are seriously making yourself look bad.

You are contradicting yourself cause in post 14 you state you came in picked up your snake and read the cards.
Had you confronted him you would have posted that there as well instead of coming up with it later after being confronted about it. Building a story as you go is such a bad idea. if you are going to tell a tale, be it fabricated or real, you should post it first in full from start to finish that way it doesn't look like you are adding things to your story to try and cover yourself or make yourself look good. Which is what it appears you are doing, at least as I see it.
I am done with this as I do not have a dog in the fight but if I were you I would drop this. You are not going to be able to prove your "case" because you do not have enough evidence to back your story

no eggs***** PROOF****
I had 4 females breeding less then 4 month starting late febuary to a yearling lesser and one female
gave 6 eggs
i know people have bad luck but come on!

What doesn’t seem right is on April 14th you sent me a picture of one of my four females I gave you on breeding loan ovulating and you saying you have no eggs from her! That does not seem right.

And that is why if you want your male back I should get my females back at the same time. One of my het females has follicles another is still breeding with no detected follicles and the other started eating but still putting with your male Pied.

I have gave you the two options that I feel is fair but you ignored to answer and thinking more about it I personally choose option 1 as it would eliminate stress for both you and I. I am still open to option 2. but I would like to inspect my females personally and you are also welcome to personally inspect the females I have been breeding your male Pied too.
At the moment my last clutch of eggs in the incubator are hatching right now and will be empty until more eggs are laid.

1. Return my 4 females that you say are not showing any signs of being gravid so I can start breeding them to my own males. Like I have said if any of these females produce any Lessers we will still do our 50/50 split as agreed upon and I will give you back the male Pied and if any of my het. females produce as agreed we will split 50/50.

2. Bring the Spider het Pied female here and I will put her to the Pied for breeding and return her to you at anytime.

You say I have become quite distant, not taking your calls nor returning them as soon as you indicated that you wanted to pick up you male to breed him to another female that I am purchasing…. You told me you already purchased and picked this female up!

I’m not being distant, you know but ignore the fact that I have been busy moving and having to get everything situated here.
I have been putting off going to the ER was planning on going yesterday afternoon but relaxed to see how I feel today. Today I feel no better and I'm going to take it easy and think about going to the ER though I know they will admit me I really don't want to be admitted. Shit the Heart Attack I had in Jan I signed myself out on the third day after surgery, that is how I am. If I decide to go I will let you know and will be in touch with you asap.

I called you on June 30th to ask you to reply to my e-mails and as suspected you told me you were not around to answer e-mails that you were on vacation in Maryland and would be back Wednesday July 4th or Thursday July 5th and I gave you the benefit of doubt.

Here it is Friday evening July 6th and I have not heard anything from you. Its funny you didn’t say beforehand hey Steve I’m going to be away for a few days but all of a sudden you’re unavailable to answer. This is you’re last chance to satisfy my inquiries and to let me inspect the females I left with you on breeding loan. I am not going to let you stall for time to get eggs and not be honest and up-front. I will give you until Thursday July 11th to let me inspect my females. If you refuse to comply with my request than consider our contract null and void.

The females I gave you on breeding loan and any offspring will be yours to keep and the Pied you gave me on breeding loan and any offspring will be mine to keep.

I am going to send you a text message now for you to reply to all the e-mails I sent to you including my reply to you.

I hate doubting you and would like you to prove me wrong. If I am wrong I will feel like $h%t and owe you an apology for my behavior.

Your so called skinny snake came back to you 50% larger than when you dropped him off and here is a picture I snapped of him taken on July 10, 2010

My advice:
Never ever (both of you) enter a contract of any sort, ever. I can't believe you even drew up a contract and still are acting so foolish.

I guess I just have strong friendships and very good business ethics to find this completely hilarious. Am I the only one?

Here is what to do.
Give him the 4 females back, give him the pied back. Forget about any eggs that were layed and anything that happened during the contract. Take a couple months off. Start talking to people who have been in any business for a few days. Learn to act like grown adults. And only ever sell your animals for cash and never lend anything out. Ever!

this has been over for me for along time i enter in to a breeding loan and got
