    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Have you been contacted by Johnny Cochran and the rest of the dream team yet? Or was it just an attempt to try to get you to forget going after your money you are owed?
 
Well, he may be waiting a long time to hear from Johnny Cochran, unless he's going through Sylvia Brown, since ol Johnny has been dead for a couple of years now......LOL.

Maybe that's what the holdup is, they're waiting for their new Ouija board. Heh.
 
Just a follow up note. Still no money or contact from Mr. Erik stops. I guess I Will not be retracting the bad guy thing. Not even really disputed . Well at least not by a real person..Yes he is a thief.

My best edumacated guess would be that you have been ripped off. I love people that rip someone off and then they come up with the 'we are done doing business and if you say anything about me I will sue you routine'.

I am curious about something...does this sound familiar? I live in a 5 million dollar home, I have a Ferrari and a Lamborghini, I have a private jet, I am worth 20 million dollars, I hang with all the cool celebrities, I have albino and leucistic gilas, I have leucistic blue tongues, and so on.

Ring any bells?

Yes all that sounds very familiar. I wonder If I posted pictures of some of the animals Erik Claims to own that he sent me pictures of; Who would get to him first. The actual owners of those animals or the US fish and wildlife service investigators.
Seems to me he is probably a small time con artist with a big mouth. . I guess He's smarter than I though.. He got me for a couple thousand.... Lesson learned...now lets hope there is some legal restitution..
 
1.1 rosy boas and 1 freckle monitor do not equal 4 baby freckle monitors agreed to on a trade for 2 boelens pythons. Still waiting for the rest of our reptiles.

erik. Fix the problems you have created and broght on yourself. Ripping people off is not Good business. I wonder what the AZA thinks of it??
 
Last spring (don't have the exact date) but the original trade was for 4 baby freckle monitors. We agreed. After we sent the boelens, he said he would send one freckle (sub adult) and something else of equal value. He sent 1.1 rosey boas and we have never heard from him since. He would not answer any emails after that. We choose to not waste our time with this individual. Lesson learned.

That sucks!

Selling or trading things that don't even exist is criminal and lame. Like Ben said...leucistic blue tongues...too funny! I wish 'that' kid would come here and tell you guys about his deal that was too good to be true.
 
I believe he had the 4 baby freckles, I think he just did not want to send them after he recieved his boelens, but then I don't really know for sure.

The only reason that I came here to post is because I felt it would not be fair to Micheal Cole if I did not.
 
LOL...I just did the same thing today and was looking at a pic of a pastel clown ball python and was bragging to a buddy about my pair of pastel clowns when I meant pastel ghosts...I did it three times when I was on the phone with him!

No worries anyway I think your point came across just fine and sorry for the troubles you had with him!
 
Ah heck Linda and here I was going to offer you a few lizards for some Boelens.

Oh yeah.. Don Taylor the Collections manager....Ha.... If I hear correctly the entire AZA community is aligned with Mr. Stoops. Funny however none of them are running to his aid... I would be wiling to bet that they aren't to happy about that affiliation... I also think I heard his partner left... I'll bet I can figure out why... No one likes to be guilty by association...
 
One thing I didnt see mentioned, sorry if it was, was did he provide you proof of these snakes he's saying died? Any vet report, pictures, or cause of death determined by the vet proving 'you at fault'? all seems fishy to me.
 
Alyson. No not only did he not provide any of this but again he said he would still send me the trade value in animals. Seems if he even for a moment thought it was my responsibility that the animal died. He would not have been offering to pay for it.
