    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

A few weeks ago I purchased an 88% jungle jaguar carpet python from Erin Buhaly. When I received her in the mail I opened the package and was displeased because of the "neuro" that the snake was showing. I emailed Erin and told her that I was displeased by the snakes neuro symptoms, her ad never mentioned anything about any signs of neuro and I thought I had been scammed. I wanted to purchase a problem free animal for breeding in the future, and I felt she was not what I would want to breed into my bloodlines.
Erin told me that the neuro gene is associated with all jaguar carpets and it may appear when they are born, or some may start to show it 5 years down the road. On top of her explanation of the jaguar gene SHE TOLD ME SHE WOULD GLADLY REFUND MY PURCHASE AND SHE ALSO GAVE ME THE OPTIONS OF SHIPPING HER BACK FOR ANOTHER 88% JUNGLE JAG WITH NO VISUAL SYMPTOMS AS OF YET, OR A JUNGLE SIBLING.
I told her I did not 100% understand the jaguar gene so I decided that I would call up many of the worlds finest carpet python breeders and ask them what they knew about the gene. All of their information was the same so I decided that the female I had wasn't too bad after all. But after being offered an 88% jungle jag that had no signs of neuro I decided that this individual snake was what I had originally intended on purchasing and I sent Erin an email stating I wanted her problem free snake BUT I also wanted to purchase the one that I now had because I felt shipping him back would add too much stress on the young animal and I was starting to come around =). I offered Erin less than she originally asked on the neuro snake I already had, and I received its problem free sister in the mail today. Both animals are in great health and I am very happy with Erin's AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. She really went out of her way to make me a satisfied customer and I know she will do the same for you! Happy herping everyone and next time you're looking for some nice snakes take a look at the Buhaly's available, they will not disappoint!

Erin,
Thanks for being so considerate and for doing whatever it takes to make a customer satisfied, I would be happy to let anyone know that you are well worth doing business with!

Glad your happy, it is worth noting that the neuro issue is often brought on by stress, in this case it may have been the shipping process that caused a normal appearing animal sent out by the breeder to go a bit wacky. Give the animal time and space and try not to stress as much as possible and hopefully the neuro signs will stay at a minimul level.
