    **************************************************
In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Ok, so here's my ish... New rack, forgot there was no back on it yet and I kinda pushed the tubs all the way back like I use to with the other rack... Long story short, 4 snakes went slithering away in the basement last night, 3/4 were found... How to lure the last 1 out?

Have you ever built a snake trap before?
If you can't find an easy/good one I'll try to explain how to make one.

You can also flour pathways to see where it's moving to.

If you were closer I'd loan you my pup, she's hilarious when a snake's out of it's enclosure

Good Luck!

Nick gave me a good idea on what I can do, but the flour path sounds like something I'll do too, thanks!

One actually got out last week and I was sitting on the computer and my dog started growling and barking... I walked over to see "Fluffy" on the floor. My dog would not go near it... Wussy =p

Airedale terrier & and the poster pup for ADHD, which is great spring through fall when I'm out hiking and what not, not so great trapped in the house all winter.

I love bully breeds with their big blocky heads! Once my evil Shar pei goes I'm hitting the rescues for one & my brother either wants an old school american bull or an argentine dogo.

Well, the flour path was a bust... My dog looks like she's been snorting lines all night. You have the cool breeds, I've always liked Airedales since this....

Oh I'm not shooting down the idea... Tonight's round 2... But with a twist... I have a Bearded running around now too... Bound to find one or the other, hopefully both.

Sounds like you have a revolution going on in your herp room

Airedales are a great breed but deff not for everyone.

I love rescue critters, both the 'dales I grew up with came from the pound. I got turned down by the rescue over in pa because I'm single, was working full time & share a yard that isn't all the way fenced in :ack2:

YAY!

They have both been found!!!!

Now if only I can find my Beagle that got out the day adter Christmas 3yrs. ago... He was 10yrs. old :(

But none the less, the escapees have been retrieved.

Thanks for the pointers Miss May and Muff Muff
