In case you don't already know : Harlin Wall in Colorado, USA, is a total blast to deal with
OBVIOUSLY because :
he has amazing stuff for sale throughout the year
but also
1. He packs,
ships,
emails
and/or
calls you
with, what I call : "OCD attention to details"
2. Has a wide spectrum of knowledge of reptiles
(and other animals too, actually),
from practical basics to eclectic stuff,
so before I got my various snakes from him
he was very generous with not just species care tips
but also tips about all the individual animals' needs and personalities .
3. He actually LOVES animals ! It's not JU$T business for him I could tell that right away. And he has the healthiest and best-looking stuff to prove it . AT FIRST I thought his prices of certain things were a little HIGH BUT, they're not & YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR . For example my Amazon Trees aren't just AWESOME colors, they are also flawless , immaculate animals which obviously got some loving care.
4. he is HONEST
...HUH????????????? WHAT???????????
HONEST ???? Hey, I know that NO business can be angelic and survive , okay ?
But, It's like this: he doesn't try to hide anything and
THAT IS A MAJOR RELIEF.
so If he has a wild-caught snake
with a "scar the size of a grain of rice on its tail" and you buy that snake you will open the box and the scar is ,,,,,,, the size of a grain of rice !
Though I have to say all of the WC I got from him so far looks CB CH ANYway just as he said it did.
ANY criticism ?? yes, well , Not a big problem for me, but
He sometimes talks too fast , so for the sake of mutual understanding, you will have to go over things a couple times over the phone
before you make your order, or their could be an understanding. I do NOT think you can always get speedy-minded business people to "slow it down" , but you can get them to repeat stuff, and like I said it's only sometimes that he is firing "full auto"
and, on the flipside, he will also email the info and VG pics too.

but this is my current favorite herp business BY FAR , so what the hell .
