    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I have order from this guy a couple of times, one time I ordered a brazilian rainbow boa and he sent me a colombian raimbow boa!!
Then he didn't resolve anything he disappear for a few months or he said he was working on it and did nothing so I forgot about it because this things like can happend all the time so I gave the guy a chance.
I ordered a couple of times more and all work out great untill now!!!!
About 2 months ago I order a male pastel and 10 senagal chameleons and five w.c. bp.
A gave him another address because the paypal one was another family members house.
I contacted him to see what was going on and he said that it was shipped and confired on arrival.
When I checked with my grandma it was there I figure it out by 7 p.m. and the package was there at 1p.m. so I went there as soon as I could and opened the box and discovered that 3 senegals the pastel and one w.c. bp were all dead because of the heatpacks"he included to many for the temps here were on the high 80's" That aslo was an error to he didn't ship to the right address and put to many heatpacks on the box.
Then I contact him and send the pics of the dead animals and all and he said he will replace all that all was badly understood.
Then I contacted him many tiimes to see when he was sending all animals again so he said he wasn't going up a boa.
Later I sent more money for a blacktroato be able to get a pastel for me again and sent a list with a few animals he can send so I picked th monitor and 6 senegals more and he was sending 2 more senegals because I sent the money earlier as a favor.
Cool, after all that he sent an email that he didn' t get the BT either so I was going crazy with this guy and he offerd me a cornsake or a bearded dragon for it so I took the offer and went ahead.

Now this was what he sent to me today!!!!!
3 w.c. ball pythons in a very bad condition one can even move her toungue.
And one bearder dragon!!!!!
Were are my chams my boa or cornsnake!!!!!!
He is a thief don't ever buy from this guy!!!!!!! I gave him a chance but It prove me wrong!!! I want my money back!!!
 
Do you have emails between the two of you? might be an idea to post them and any other info you have on the deal.

Well as I see it from what you posted above,, if someone ships to other than the confirmed address on the account they are taking a risk and I believe breaking paypals terms. When the animals didn't show up on time you might have thought that hey maybe he shipped to Grandma's where I received shipments from him before and which is my paypal accounts confirmed address.. Randy
 
i really hate posting on to things like this, but i can understand the feeling of not having any closer with a deal that messed up. i had bought a redtail boa from anthony last year, and within 3 weeks, she had died for unknown causes. i also spent the next 3 months de-mitting my room as the snake he sent had been infested and since it was the first time i had ever seen a mite i didn't really know what to look for. anywho...when i told him this he said he would replace her, and had said this quite a few times publically i might add. http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/forums/showthread.php?t=92406&page=2&pp=5&highlight=anthony

i decided to put it behind me and dont expect to see a snake from him as it has been a few months since then. although after all of the "promises" i saw that he had several boas for sale on kingsnake. go figure. i have chaulked this up to one loss. i have had several other snake transactions with actual breeders and not brokers that went awesome and i think that i will stick to buying from the breeders themselves.

He really prove me that this all was a misunderstanding.
What he did he explained was that the animals I was asking for the credit were not available , and since he didn't get a chance to get them for me for a long time he kept offering animals he had for sale.
What he sent, the ball pythons and the bearded were send because he didn't had anything else and didn't want to kept me waiting more time and he send those and when he got the other animals he was going to send them and he was going to pay for the shipping( what he already did)
And he gave me more animals than the ones he was supposed to send and he got me an animal that I was looking for a few years for half of its price and pay the shipping on it too.
He result to be a great guy and just a big misunderstanding that he prove me that I was wrong and made a good impression on himself.
I will keep buying animals from him for a long time.

Im lost here.. He sent you animals you didn't order to keep you quiet for a while? If you had such a bad transaction why would you order again? Makes no sense to me.
 
This is what happened.....Alex ordered a bunch of stuff from me several times, quiet a few repeat orders. Anyway, his address changed, I shipped to the address that was CONFIRMED in paypal. Now, that happens to be Alex's Grandmother's house and I shipped there because policy is you ship to the address that is with the paypal payment. Anyway, the animals were left out in the hot sun for several several hours extra outside when he emailed me to say he didn't get it, I told him I shipped to the known paypal address. He replied and said ohhh ok thanks man ill go get them. now of course since it was out there so long, the baby pastel ball python showed up DOA as well as a few Senegal chameleons. Now that was a pretty valuable order right there to crash, so I owed Alex credit. He wanted certain things and I was only able to fulfill some of them at one point so shipped them, then he got the order and was expecting all of it right there upon arrival which I told him couldn't happen and the rest would wait until next week. So he got all nervous I was messing him around and jumped the gun and posted this thread on me. I didn't get home in time that day to reply before he felt he had to go and post this. Anyways, he later sent me an email apologizing up and down for jumping to the boi. Since then I filled the balance with other items even though this wasn't my fault I was just shipping to the confirmed paypal address. Since hes also paid for orders and received them good as usual.
