    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Recently got a Hermann's tortoise from Ken. This was my first transaction or correspondence with him. I'm pretty nit-picky when it comes to customer service, so I wanted to allow some time before posting a good guy thread. In other words, I wanted to give him a chance to screw up. :) But Ken did everything right. He promptly answered all my questions before and after the sale, and he was very friendly/accommodating throughout. Actually, he answered my post-sale e-mails literally within minutes, which impressed me. (I'm not a big fan of sellers who are "too busy" to answer or check their e-mails that they provide on their websites.)

And needless to say, everything went smoothly with the transaction, and the tortoise is awesome.

Box turtles which were awesome. They were eating great and
Very healthy. Great guy to deal with!

Ken and I have been doing business for 20 yrs and I have never had a problem, he is very knowledgable about all species of reptiles, the one I always call with the difficult questions.

Many Many transactions, definitely one of the good guys!!!! Always would recommend, Which is weird since he has a retain location which just proves he is at the top of his game. Nothing comes before the health and care of the animals!!!
